I needed a hotel close to the University and this was a good choice. Staff was very nice and everything went without problems. Breakfast choice ok for a shorter stay.

The whole experience was superb. On arrival for our Wedding Anniversary celebrations we were upgraded to a suite and treated amazingly. The room was lovely, the bar excellent and the food and service in the restaurant was fantastic.
Luxurious but with a sense of relaxation and comfort. Very friendly, helpful staff.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and received a lovely upgrade.
Staff across the stay were very attentive and lovely. Away for an anniversary which staff made special and went the extra mile. We were given a room upgrade on arrival which was great, room was very clean and brilliant facilities. After dinner we went to the sky bar for a few drinks, staff were brilliant and the view was amazing. Will definitely be back again to stay. Big thank you to all the staff.
We stayed at the Belhaven Hotel whilst attending a concert at the close by Oran Mor. We received a friendly welcome and check in was quick and efficient. We were very fortunate and grateful to have been allocated an 'upgraded' room. This room was huge, had a lovely comfortable bed and a double jacuzzi bath! Breakfast was very good and plentiful in the morning. The room and hotel throughout was spotless.
Checking out was as efficient as checking in. The staff members we met were very chatty and helpful.
The hotel was modern, clean and rooms were a great size with everything needed and a very comfy bed.
But what the stay enjoyable was the very friendly and accommodating staff. Chris checked us in and was chatty and lovely asking about our stay and when I said it was for our 10 year wedding anniversary he gave us a bottle of wine on the house. Lovely guy. The bar tenders in the Chop restaurant were lovely to, so friendly.
Gorgeous hotel, clean and relaxing. Staff are very attentive and lovely. It was our anniversary and they added some special touches to our room which came as a surprise to me, it was amazing. Breakfast very good.
Absolutely gorgeous place - the staff were so friendly :) we didn't leave the room much but breakfast in the morning was so lovely in the big dining hall with just the two of us, was romantic :)
the view was lovely on the night time , the area was quiet. the room was super clean which was great as we were nervous about travelling due to covid as we are still being very cautious about going out and travelling . the rooms were very well organised. the shampoos and soaps were lovely also. just overall a very relaxing romantic place and was perfect for mine and my partner’s anniversary
