We absolutely loved our stay at the Craigdarroch Hotel - Marie & her team were exceptional & made us feel so welcome. We were house hunting but they made us feel like we'd come home each evening. Food was to die for - Fillet steak was one of the best I'd ever had! Breakfast was fab as well. It was all so yummy. The views were just gorgeous & perfect for staying by Loch Ness - I would advise everyone to stay here - we loved it.

This place is beautiful. Only stayed the one night but that night included badgers and deer that visited the front lawn, the next day had chickens, pheasants and a lovely walk down to the Loch. We dined at night and breakfasted in the morning. In a word wonderful. Elle and Chris are just the best. I reckon if you contact them direct it may cost a tad less as well (they have a website)

Nice location within the walking distance to Urquhart castle. It was a one night stay only and we never had a chance to meet Sarah, but she left us detailrd instructions and we had no difficulties with finding the room.
The beds were perfectly comfortable with many pillows and blankets. It was a bit small for 3 people, but we only were there for sleeping so it was fine.
The bathroom had all thr necessaries.
Absolutely great place for enjoying the nature of Scotland.

We loved everything! That is not an exaggeration. Perfect location, perfect host, loveable pets to cuddle and immaculately clean rooms.
There was no better way to start our days than by having a fantastic cooked breakfast with an amazing view before exploring a part of the country that looks like it came straight out of a fantasy novel. If you're thinking of booking then do it! You won't regret it. We already can't wait to visit again.

The location was so romantic and remote. The wild animals in the garden are just lovely. The hosts were the most lonely people. Caring, friendly and always there when you need them. Would highly recommend this place.
It’s a perfect mix between homely and luxury. The beds are super comfy and Louise is lovely and welcoming. The bar is lovely and the food was amazing. Not to mention the breath taking view of Loch Ness - this was the perfect place to stay!
