Very quiet location yet well placed for access to the town and facilities. The whole place was so well presented, beautiful lounge area and such comfortable bedrooms, excellent breakfast - I can’t praise enough!

The accommodation was pretty well located; a wonderful Victorian house, perfectly maintained, with nice interior decoration.
The heating system was adjusted at the right point, all the time.
On top of the property features, the host's attention was the highest and most remarkable aspect of our staying.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was in a great spot . A 10 minute walk to the lake just 5 minutes to shops ,bars and restaurants. You can get a good breakfast for 7.00 just opposite the main car park on the hill

Booked via here for a 30th Birthday Night Away and they upgraded our room to a balcony view which was just amazing! Also they offer a birthday package which was a lovely surprise for my boyfriend on arrival!

We were upgraded to a hot tub room without even asking which we thought was very generous indeed. As it was our 21st wedding anniversary it turned out great news to us..The room was amazing, ok the view was at the rear car park but the quality of the room outweighed the view..

So glad we found this little gem of a hotel situated just top of the hill of Bowness, it’s perfect walking distance to the town. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the drinks on the terrace when the rain allowed. We cannot wait to return to this fabulous hotel! As it was our wedding anniversary they us pretty surprise with bottle of wine on arrival it was so lovely
Absolutely amazing from the second Noel greets you at the gate!!! A lovely lady at reception gave us free prosecco on arrival and then showed us around the hotel before taking us to our room which they had very kindly upgraded us!! The room was amazing the bed was the COMFIEST bed we have ever ever slept in. The spa is the most relaxing one we've ever been to. Defo recommend defo be back!!
We both had a perfect stay for my boyfriends 30th birthday stay. The room was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. The roll top bath was a lovely extra with the fire and huge tv.
The customer service was superb as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with glasses of prosecco and got a free upgrade for my boyfriends birthday which was brilliant! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. You are provided with Elemis products which are luxury, as well as a robe, slippers and towels. The spa was fantastic and very romantic. Overall, we had the most romantic time and we were gutted when we had to leave. Definitely planning on coming back in the Summer.
The best place ever, we always come here for a relax after a hard week working. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and genuinely lovely people. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now as no where compares. Every time we’re here we come home and book to go back! On our last visit they made my boyfriends birthday extra special by providing us with an amazing room upgrade. All the rooms are outstanding, everything is so clean and well kept.
