A converted convent high on the hill with lovely views of Lyon. The hotel has been modernised magnificently whilst also maintaining some of the original architecture. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and always ready to provide advice when asked. We upgraded to the Medici suite and it was worth the extra Euros.

Nice location in Perrache district, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel main building, Velo station just around the corner (very convenient) and train/metro station close by.
Luggage storage availabe for early arrivals and late departures is very useful.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Eloise, who went out of her way to assist us every day. The hotel’s exterior doesn't do justice to its clean, modern, and stylish interior. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with fantastic views of the city. Being right next to the Westfield shopping center, with hundreds of shops and plenty of dining options, made the location perfect. When we return to Lyon, this will definitely be our go-to spot!

Our apartment was large with a separate living room. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a three-night stay. The apartment had a washing machine / dryer. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Once we signed up to the Ascott Rewards program we had both early check-in and late check-out. We had a place to store our bikes. The complimentary breakfast was great. The most outstanding feature was the location as we were surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars. The double-glazed windows ensured the noise stayed on the streets.

Petit dejeuner was so so I quality. Restaurant staff were excellent. We had a 3 nite stay and decided to just grab a meal in the restaurant. Great value, good food, nice set menu of the day plus a la carte. Maitre d was exceptional, and took pride in his work. A much less expensive than in Vieux Lyon. Ok for a quiet evening. Should dim the lights though.

The reception staff were really helpful. We had to upgrade our room and they handled this very swiftly. The room (triple room) we got was really spacious and reasonably equipped with a sizeable bathroom and a lovely shower. It was really quiet and we slept well both nights! The breakfast was surprisingly good with a spread of different options including boil eggs. The hotel is a few steps away from the tram making travel into central Lyon super easy. The Casino close by was also well stocked with essentials.
Everything was perfect. The apartment was in a brilliant location. It had everything I could need. Loads of lovely restaurants around and the balcony was lovely to sit out and relax.
Great place on the outskirts of Lyon, the spa was lovely! and very relaxing, massages etc are additional but do get booked up so need to book in advance, room size etc was good, only weird thing was the toiler was seperate to the bathroom! but apart from that great hotel
Lovely characterful hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and staff were really helpful. The pool was lovely for relaxing and we had it to ourselves both afternoons. The location was great - a quiet street in an area with lots of interesting shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the old town across the river.

Hotel well located in the old town. Lovely old building that has been beautifully renovated. We were upgraded to a very large room with a King bed and a second room with corner lounge that I assume could be 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

This is a new hotel that opened in 2019 in an old hospital. the historic building is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are lovely, we upgraded to a rather large room with a separate living room. The location can't be beat. If you walk out the back of the hotel you will find several options for restaurants, shopping and cafes. The bar in the hotel is breathtaking, have some drinks and a light snack under the dome and ask the server about the history of the space. Overall it was quite comfortable and well appointed.
