The hotel was in a good location only a 10 minute walk to the Grand Theatre and a very short walk to the tram stop. There were lots of restaurants and places to eat very close to the hotel. A right turn out of the hotel is a shopping centre with a large supermarket.

The location and the architecture of the building were good. But there is little else to complement. The food was bad. The staff were confused, haphazard. Our room was small, dated, the carpets and furniture were worn. The halls were worn too, and smelled bad.
The shower was a hosepipe with no water pressure. The staff told us we were not allowed to use the pool or rooftop area. Even as residents. Yet they filled it constantly with visitors. The lifts broke and we had to walk the levels up to our room. It was a terrible stay.

Hotel is so homely , no aircon but we knew that , very relaxed atmosphere , staff so so helpful from beginning till we left , Breakfast was yummy , loads of choice , no rush , nice treat to have your bed made and used towels replaced , really lovely spot , very central , I would highly recommend it
Very friendly and welcoming. Laurence and Paula went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were very helpful with recommendations of where to visit. There was a very relaxed vibe around the house and nothing was too much trouble.
The nearest tram stop was @ 10 minutes walk, and then two stops into Bordeaux. The pool was lovely and free on street parking available. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We had a great stay in the apartment, which is spacious and has great facilities. Being able to sit outside was a lovely treat and very relaxing. The is location is small walk to the main city, but it is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a delicious bakery just round the corner.

Great location, lovely decor, clean and comfortable room, excellent service and very friendly helpful staff. Nice little touches such as coffee maker, fridge with some soft drinks and snacks included.
The little pool and thermal facilities were also nice to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Everything. It was a fantastic stay, the room was exactly what I wanted and needed. I requested a balcony in booking as I got there early I was allocated one which was amazing! Also the secure baggage store service one departure was not only reassuring and also super easy!
The kitchenette was very well equipped for its size. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very powerful.
The 24 hour licensed reception was great for getting a glass of wine and relaxing on my balcony! The staff where all so lovely and helpful.
Perfect for a romantic stay on our wedding anniversary. Jacuzzi was fun! Beautiful weather for sitting on deck with a bottle of champagne. Very friendly cat came to visit from a neighbouring boat
