3/10 instead of 1 because the staff was nice and changed our room, but the hotel is old and need refurbishment. The bathrooms smell badly as tubes are very old. in one bathroom we even didn't normal door so the smell was coming to the room, not mentioning lack of privacy.... short bed as well, for a middle high women or a kid is ok but not for a men... noise from corridor..

This is the second year we've stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop en route from Santander to Barcelona. We've been more than happy with the hotel on both occasions. We'd booked the hotel's secure parking which is in a private car park, under the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Also, the hotel is only a few yards from the nearest tram stop, so you can easily ride into the old town of Zaragoza for dinner and a sightseeing stroll, which was great!

This hotel is perfect for us as a relaxing stop off on the way to the boat. It is very pet friendly, lovely surroundings, the staff and owners are so friendly and helpful and the food is to die for.
A hidden gem ..fab features ,tastefully decorated. We stayed with our dog and they were so accommodating. The food, evening meal & breakfast were superb. All staff were super friendly and a shout out to cynthia who was so helpful and funny .Would highly recommend. Outside area was also lovely to chill and relax.

lovely family house, you felt immediately relaxed and nothing was too much trouble with the staff and the owners. there was no noise at night, best night sleep in ages. loved the food served in the evening and for breakfast.
This is a good hotel well located just north of Zaragoza. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The wellness centre was very nice. We had a lovely relaxing massage followed by a jacuzzi hot tub. A nice surprise was the pink Champagne and chocolates we received in this wellness package. Thank you for that!
Wonderful location. The lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room to one with a view of the cathedral. It was a stunning view and we really appreciated this. Next time we will book one of these rooms. The breakfast was yummy. Everything was great! Thank you very much!
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was more comfortable than I expected, I even got an upgrade from single room, because I stayed for almost a week. Location is magnificent, right in the centre, almost next door to the cathedrals, great places to eat around, and the cafeteria downstairs has delicious food all day long. Had a lovely stay and I will book again when I return to Zaragoza 😊
