Super kind staff. The room was not ready in time and the offer a discount on the parking, very nice thought. The idea of bringing in your room some vinyls to listen to is simply cool. The atmosphere in the hotel is very nice and the bar downstairs has good selection of drinks.

It's a lovely, characterful hotel, with friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast is good, and the library/bar is a delightful place in which to relax. It's a great location, near the city centre but with nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Our second stay, and would visit again.

Hotel was just perfect for our one night away without children. We got a very friendly, warm welcome at reception and we were given an upgrade to a Courtyard Deluxe which was beautiful. Fun details like the bathroom having a window into the bedroom, the chrome coffee machine and the free mini bar were a bonus. Roof Terrace bar was lovely, we had a quiet drink up there and then came back later for dinner where the staff were really attentive. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Munich.

The pool was lovely when it was quite there, it's a small pool for so many people but very pleasant to lay in the sun and relax. The style of the hotel and rooms is really nice. The rooms have many things you'd need, good coffee, tea, milk, toaster, dishwasher, nice products for washing your hair & body.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is very clean and the room has a little kitchenette. We had a little balcony and loved relaxing there in the evening. The hotel is very accessible by subway, like 3 minutes away on foot. The breakfast was lovely, very good choice. Staff was helpful as well. I recommend it a lot and would stay there again.

Excellent customer service. We got an upgrade to a really nice room. The beds were comfortable. There were enough towels, toiletries and pillows for 2 nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely our experience at cocoon was!

The hotel is in a ideal location for the railway station and his only a 15 minute walk into the old part of Munich. There is car parking available at €18 per night. If you require a taxi taxi rank is within the road of hotel. The hotel bed room was very comfortable. We were fortunate to have been given an upgrade to one of the junior suites which was very pleasant with a lovely bathroom

The room was located so close to the main central station and many public transport options and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with the option of having freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch.

The Flag is best described as functional. It was solid and value for money but nothing spectacular. The room was clean, the staff are fairly efficient, and it was near a U-Bahn. It was a good place on a business trip - it may not be what you are looking for if you want a romantic get-away or a luxury hotel experience.
