A great location for exploring Berlin. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and much needed air conditioning. Staff really friendly and helpful. A very relaxing place to stay.
A lovely welcome as we were on Honeymoon, some Bubbly and chocs on arrival.
It was handy having the self catering facilities, and saved on costs.
The Lidl across the road was v handy, and generally quite a good location.
Decor and relaxed atmosphere was v good.
We stayed here on our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a room upgrade and complimentary champagne with the sweetest message of congratulations. Such a great hotel that is relaxing with the wellness centre (sauna, heated pool) and a lovely bar/restaurant area.
- The jacuzzi was lovely , the spa and changing room areas were always clean and well stocked (including toiletries and hair dryers).
- The lobby was dressed for Christmas and impeccably clean and stylish
- The staff were all so welcoming, kind and helpful - even providing complimentary extras when they heard it was our honeymoon
- The floor to ceiling windows offered the most beautiful sunset skyline views
Lovely big clean room with modern shower room/ toilet. Very comfortable beds and pillows including extra bed as there was 3 of us in room.
Nice safe area/ location 10 min walk to the U bahn. Good travel network to city centre.

The quiteness was phenominal! felt like a forrest cabin but then in the outskirts of a very noisy city.. The cabin had a very cozy and romantic feel. We got a welcome bottle of wine and our host Kevin was very kind and he let us be:) Every morning me and my girlfriend made ourselves breakfast using the stove that was provided, we had a great time:)
We stayed in a luxury apartment and it was stunning more like a suite. Balcony massive and views brill. Heating kept rooms lovely and warm on such a freezing break. Breakfast was served until 1pm good selection of ham, cheeses and cereals.
Rooms were modern and clean and fresh exceeding all expectations of a hostel or even a hotel.
Social areas relaxing and welcoming / clean and lots of added extras like book sharing/ maps and info on local area. Even had its own brewery!

Staff very welcoming and lovely throughout. arrived at 1.30pm, room not ready so was lucky to get upgrade. Hotel very modern. aquarium is amazing to look at. Great breakfast. fantastic location. Always warm when coming in from cold. Relaxing vibe
