The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, close to lovely bars, cafés and restaurants. The jacuzzi on the top floor was very enjoyable in the evenings when it cooled down. They have two really cute dogs. The AC was also great.
Lovely colonial style development. Very comfortable and stylish rooms, good restaurant, multiple pools, and rooftop bar all make it very easy place to relax and hide from the heat and bustle of Santa Marta. Very helpful staff on call 24x7.
This was easily one of the best places we stayed in Colombia. Great food, perfect location out in the jungle but close to Tayrona park entrance, and lovely spaces to relax. The staff were very kind and even stored a pair of headphones that I accidentally left behind so that I could reclaim them a few days later. Make sure you have the pizza!
We had a lovely couple of days stay here. We stayed the night before and again the night after we had been to Tayrona. The staff were very friendly and helpful - any questions we had were answered quickly. Breakfast provided was good and they were flexible with timings to suit us. Each ecocabaña has a private terrace/area to sit in which was really great to be able to relax in a hammock. We were able to leave our big bags overnight when we stayed in Tayrona which was really helpful and kind of the owners.
Excellent location, lovely terrace with pool and sitting area was very relaxing ! Lots of Restaurants nearby. Sophia was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommmend this hotel. Thank you.
Although I'd been to Masaya before, it was a treat to return. I got a free room upgrade where I had a huge bed to myself. The pools were excellent for relaxing and I love the atmosphere in general in this hostel. I'll be back with my boyfriend to enjoy it again soon!

The hotel is situated on the beach and offers lovely gardens and a pool and jacuzzi. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive.
The menu, although small, offers great local dishes, which we found to be delicious- the ceviche was fantastic.
The WiFi was also very good, which was important as we needed to do some work on a couple of days.
