Everything was great, they even upgraded our room free of charge because a larger room was available. The restaurant food is tasty, the courtyard view is perfect and the hotel staff are very attentive. Great location too!

The property is modern, clean, upscale and well located.
The staff are nice and attentive.
The beds with a “pillow menu” are beyond comfortable. The view from the room over the temple area, the shopping centers and the eastern part of Chengdu is great.
The food and breakfast in their main restaurant is of very good quality. At times, there is quite a while to wait for a la carte food both at dinner and breakfast, but perhaps for the quality and nature of the preparation.
Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel is property connected to the tallest office building in Chengdu, only a 2-minute stroll from IFS and Taikoo Li.

Absolutely everything. The staff were amazing. From the doormen to the reception and cleaners, and even the pool lifeguard. The friendliest people who love speaking English, making an effort to communicate with you, and making you feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Decent enough accommodation, just had a weird vibe but decent to live in for a while.
Spoil your other half with a romantic getaway in a hotel that’s designed with lovers in mind. Whether it’s somewhere stylish in the city or a remote countryside retreat, romantic hotels offer couples all the space they need, with luxury touches like champagne room service and private hot tubs.
Great hotel in the middle of the bustling city center while still maintaining a feeling of peace and relaxation. Staff is super helpful and really make you feel at home.
Rooms are very luxurious and offer all convenience you might need. The breakfast is also one of the best I have ever had.
The staff are all nice and helpful, but putting hard and software together -- even their good service does not bring the standard up to 5 star. The hotel needs to quickly upgrade its hardware, for Chengdu standards it's not very competitive.
very friendly and relaxed hostel. nice and friendly staff and a nice bar below. probably a good place to meet other international travelers.
good location.
The hotel is exquisite and full of oriental feel. The wood and craving was artistically beautiful and the room is clean. I enjoyed free upgrade so the room has one king and 2 single which is more than enough for me and my parents. The aircon temperature can very controlled so it’s very good for my old aged parents. The garden at level one can be used for meals and sitting down to relax. I have my dinner made in the hotel too. The dinner were good too.
The best room ever, it's so authentic, beautiful, clean and special...felt like a princess!!!
Very good location, near all attractions, parts, lots of restaurants.
I've got a room upgrade for free that was amazing!!!
It was perfect stay.
Although the stuff don't speak English but they were very helpful, and try to support in all I needed.
very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel
We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is very beautiful with its courtyard.
When we arrived, they told us that we got an upgrade which meant that we had our own tea room.
The staff was also super lovely and very friendly.
The room was amazing, thanks to a free upgrade I was lucky enough to get a double room with en-suite bathroom for just me for 11€ for two nights, thanks Booking hehehe. The staff were lovely, all very helpful in preparing my days in Chengdu, for example they helped me book a train to Leshan, and in general they answered all my questions about the places I wanted to visit. That's how I was able to enjoy the city at a low price!
