Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some rooms offers views of the lake.

The location was about 10 mins walk from the train station and few minutes to the center. It is next to the lake which is great for jogging and walking. Although the view from our room was blocked by the tree, the room was nice, the bed was comfy.
