The room was exceptional. Very cozy and a great view. The location was in the middle of all the shops. My daughter had a great time skiing and playing in the snow.

Everything was awesome, the room, the staff, the pools, the food…all of it! We only stayed one night, but all agreed that we would love to come back.

Love the location. Loved the view. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I loved having the kitchenette in the room.. The spa is lovely, and I enjoyed my de-stressing massage. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot-tub are available but didn't get to them. Restaurant and staff along with the food were superb.

The staff was outstanding! Aimee (spelling may be incorrect) was so helpful, warm and patient every morning. Really went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. There was a lovely blonde lady working in the afternoons, every encounter I had with her was pleasant and friendly. The gentleman working the night shifts was welcoming and really went out of his way to make sure we had every thing we needed to make our stay perfect! The room was great, clean, spacious. Beds and pillows comfy. But the staff was really what stood out!!

The complimentary breakfast was remarkably good. There were two lovely employees there to keep the food well stocked, to clean and to provide assistance. The food quality was very good. The freshly made omelets and sausages were tasty. The waffle was delicious and the toasted bagel with cream cheese and jam was a bonus. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Toiletries were provided as was a hair dryer. The beds were excellent. My friend had the best sleep of her life!!

Very clean and quiet place to enjoy your stay with very friendly staff. I stayed one night with my son. I had booked a king bed room by mistake, they changed the room for us to a double queen bed room with no hassle. Made our stay so relaxing and memorable!
