We stayed in 605 first floor. Loved the balcony for relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I need a mattress like this at home lol. The bathroom was large and so clean. The kitchenette so very nice had everything we needed. We will be back again next year.

There were no soap, shampoo and conditioner when we arrvied. Asked the staff for 3 days in a row but to no avail. Eventually I had to go and buy it from the store.

It looked like the new owners put in new carpeting throughout, new lamps and furniture,including new air
conditioning units as well as new wallpaper. That was our impression. They have only been there since May of this year so kudos to them.

We enjoyed the layout of the place. It was great for a couple, but might be awkward for more than 2. Having a full kitchen helped make everything feel more at home. The couch was very comfortable, and we were surprised to find games available. The television could easily be accessed by our computer. We loved having the jacuzzi tub.

Great location , clean house and well maintained. It was a perfect stay and the facilities were good. Pool was clean but jacuzzi was surprisingly cold. Overall, we enjoyed the property.
My husband and I booked the Weider Lodge for our 11 years anniversary, originally we booked a studio but they upgraded us to a one bedroom, and placed an anniversary card and chocolate on our table, plus we got two nights free parking, and extended two hours check out time, and to top it off the place was clean and comfortable. We must say a big thank you to all who were involved, we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Convenient location just a few minutes walk from the city center. Decent sized rooms, clean and comfortable amenities and free parking on-site. The hot tubs and indoor swimming pool were the highlight! The on location pub and restaurant were great too! Special thank you to the staff for surprising us with a wine bottle in our room for our anniversary celebration! Lovely little gesture.
This is a location that we love, as we have stayed here before for our anniversary last year. The bottle of wine and the complimentary parking was well appreciated.
Luxury acommodation with everything that you need to feel yourself at home: very comfortable beds, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, bar. Very close to different attraction: Collingwood, Blue Mountains village, Scandinavian Spa, Scenic Cave, multiple beaches, waterfalls, spectacular scenery. The same time very private and quiet location. Laura is amazing host. We definitely would like to comeback soon.
Our stay at the Mosaic suits was exceptional. A huge shoutout to our receptionist Hannah how really made our stay terrific! Upon our arrival we discovered our room did not have a balcony, not only did Hannah put us in a room with a balcony, but she also upgraded our room and provided us with breakfast vouchers for our stay. Being our honeymoon, she made us feel appreciated and went out of her way to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you Hannah!
