We had great experiences at Peppers! The room is nice and cozy for our family of 3. The best child-friendly walks around. Food was great and the service overall was friendly. It’s so beautiful in snow and in sun.
Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village offers self-contained accommodation, nestled in a rainforest setting with native wildlife throughout the property.

Almost everything was great - we are regulars. The cabins are terrific and value for money is hard to beat. To stay at other options was triple the price.

I love this place! Amazing location next to the Cradle Mountain visitor centre. Lovely cabin which was toasty warm from the log burner upon arrival. Excellent facilities and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Checked in early and they provided everything needed including extra kindling and beer to buy when needed. A really relaxing stay and base to explore the mountain from
We stayed in the luxury couples spa cabin. Spa was perfect, and cabin is very private and isolated. Could see and hear wallaby’s and birds directly outside balcony. Staff were lovely. DVD’s available at reception, as it has players in cabin. Great reception + wifi. Bed was very comfortable, and room was well presented and clean. Little touches with toothbrush, comb and make up face washer was very thoughtful. Thank you CMWV

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The guest lounge area was warm and comfortable. from a wonderful fire lit for our comfort, a lovely place to relax. The dining area was cozy, meal was delicious. Breakfast was well set out and adequate. Lots to choose from but not so much in the 'cooked' area, was a bit cold unfortunately. The foyer lounge and fire was very inviting and a wonderful place to sit and talk to other guests. We enjoyed our stay as did our friends.
The cabins were well kept and the gas fireplace really kept the whole cabin warm throughout our stay. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax the muscles are all the walks that we did at Cradle Mountain. Himalayan bath salt was also provided which was great. Parking is right outside the cabin which is convinient.
Easy check-in, friendly staff. Dinner was great and easy to book with very attentive staff. Buffet breakfast was wonderful too. Lovely reading/fireplace/lounge area to relax in.
The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We travelled for our honeymoon and when they found out, they upgraded our room and gave us a free breakfast. We LOVED the nature walk around the hotel and the information on things to do around the hotel was amazing. The sunken lounge near our room had a lovely wood fire which was great for a cold rainy day..
The beautiful warm cosy apartment. We stayed at the Pine ones.
We had a fantastic meal at the Highlands Restaurant, the service was exceptional and the meal was cooked to perfection.
Breakfast had everything you would want.
We also ate at the bistro which was also good. Both of us had steak and cooked just as we asked for.
My highlights would have to be the wombats, the beautiful walks and the best place to relax and unwind.
It was our honeymoon and as a lovely gesture the sent a bottle of sparkling wine to our room with a special card.
Location, location....plus standard room very comfortable but upgrade to Queen room for luxury and space......bathroom and bed upper level and lounge etc on lower level.....all with access to lovely outside view!
