The clean, well equipped, spacious room. The bed and pillows were amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. As there is no lift to the second floor, I requested a ground floor room, which they were able to provide.i loved that there was free off street parking.

Is not top of the line luxury but very adequate: bed was great, more spacious than a hotel room, a little kitchen so you're not reliant on eating out all the time, nice lounge to relax in, excellent water pressure in the shower (just watch the hot water -can get very hot but we liked it) and bonus: free EV charger in the garage. But the greatest of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Our stay was to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. It was a surprise for her, and was so special as we were upgraded, there were balloons on her bed champagne, chocolates and a lovely note for her birthday. Thank you so much for making the occasion so memorable.

The size of the room was good & spacious. The upgrade to a king-size bed made a difference, which was very comfortable. The shower was lovely & adjusted the water a bit as it went hot & cold. But I got it just right!!! We used the kettle to make tea & coffee Ate our meals out thou

We had an “upgrade” to a heritage room. For me , it was a darkish old style room . I like new and modern which is why I’d booked a deluxe king room. The room was ok but not really to the standard I expected. The hotel is lovely and would come again but would insist on a new modern room.

Amazing value for money. The staff are lovely. The rooms are big. The atrium bar is great to relax. They gave our daughter a backpack and pens for colouring. Tram stop not far away. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our night away for our anniversary. The motel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We were upgraded to a top floor room on the quiet side of the motel just by mentioning it was our anniversary when we booked. We also arrived to our room and found a bottle of local wine waiting for us. The facilities were amazing and the room was so quiet with the double glazed windows. All the facilities in the room were lovely.

Service was great, lovely rooms and love the restaurants. It was our wedding anniversary and Father’s Day and staff left a bottle of wine and chocolates after my daughter had called up to arrange something.

The warm welcome from staff upon arrival set the scene for a perfect stay. The room is styled to perfection and all the extra additions top off the luxury experience. We stayed here I lieu of our cancelled wedding, and we were greeted with a beautiful card, upgraded to a better room, and nominated as the star guests for the night which mean’t we got a free breakfast and dessert delivered to our room. This hotel makes you feel like you’re staying in luxury!
