Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay, hotel in Batemans Bay

Set alongside a private lake and manicured gardens, Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay features Briars restaurant, a tennis court and a swimming pool. All rooms have free WiFi.

The location was perfect, being on the highway. Still, the resort is very peaceful and quit, feeling like a little haven. Beautifull setting, with a little artificial lake, providing a serene feeling. The food at the restaurant is excellent.

Sunseeker Motor Inn, hotel in Batemans Bay

Sunseeker Motor Inn is located in Batemans Bay, within 10 minutes’ walk to the town centre’s shops and restaurants. It offers free WiFi, free parking and a heated swimming pool.

There was no breakfast available, restaurant was closed. The room was a good size but the bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade. Shower curtain, and the shower head was loose and the basin had a large crack, plus there was no toilet roll holder. The room itself was a bit old fashioned but comfortable and a good size. We had fresh towels each day. The reception is fairly newly renovated but we didn’t see inside the restaurant. I doubt if we would stay there again, but it was very convenient of this trip, and quiet seeing that it was beside the Highway. We had asked them for a ground floor room and the room we were given was without steps to get there, so they did the right thing there.

Excellent position, with the convenience of being right in town was terrific. Playground across the road, restaurant up top, walk over the bridge and we could fish. The room was excellently presented, very spacious and kitchenette a top practical extra bonus! We arrived early to be received by reception staff with a smile and lovely adjustments were gifted to us. We were offered our first ever compliment upgrade to a larger suite to help accommodate our three young children and port-a-cot ready to go for us.

The room was one of the most beautiful we stayed in on our road trip and as an interior designer I could appreciate the attention to detail that had gone into everything about the renovation. Lovely extra touches like the filtered sparkling water at the cantina and luxury body products were very much appreciated

Absolutely loved it! The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Appreciated the interior design and all the little touches too, like T2 teas and filtered water. Parking was so easy right at the door to the room. I received a free upgrade which was so lovely as a solo traveller for work.

This was an amazing stay. View of the bay and even though it was a rainy day just sitting and watching the rain was so relaxing. The accommodation was perfect, super comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and very comfortable seating areas. The deck was incredible. Highly recommend.

Prime waterfront location. Lovely lawn area for relaxing. We had a quiet top floor room (320). Wall between balconies creates privacy.

Beautiful room. They gave me an upgrade because I had a registered service dog, so they gave me an absolutely gorgeous room on the ground floor which had access to a small grassed area where my little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel could relieve himself. The staff were friendly, understanding and lovely.

The young lady at reception was lovely. Unfortunately we were informed we could not dine at the restaurant as there was "filming" which was very disappointing (we had booked for our Anniversary and had been looking forward to a quiet romantic dinner) so we had to search for something nearby which was also very disappointing.
