The apartment was big enough for a family with 2 kids. We had everything we needed in the room: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living-room and kitchen.The views towards Zell am See and the glacier were amazing. We've seen a sea of clouds above the lake, clear skies and also snowing on our last day.

Breakfast was excellent,great choice of fresh bread,rolls,pretzels and different homemade cake every day.Comfy beds and great size bathroom.We enjoyed tge swimming pool and saunas too.Our hostess took us to Kaprun glacier so we could safe time to get there. We loved everything about this guesthouse - the staff and owners, the breakfast, the location, the room, the balcony, the view, the decor, the cleanliness..... We shall definitely stay here again. There is a regular bus which leaves almost outside the guesthouse which connects to buses going to all the interesting locations offered as part of the Zell am See card. It is also possible to walk to the guesthouse, but it is very steep. There were slightly different things offered as part of the breakfast each day, which we liked.

The apartments are centrally located with most of the restaurants and bars only 5-10 minutes away. The nearest ski list is also 10 minutes away (walking in ski boots). We were upgraded to a superior family suite which was huge and had a wrap-around balcony giving great views of the mountains. Comfy beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (except a toaster) and super underfloor heating made our stay very enjoyable.

I was here to watch the Europa Cup women's slalom races in mid-January. I was welcomed warmly and treated so very nicely. I was traveling alone (meeting up with friends at the races), so I appreciated the warmth and professional treatment by all staff. Especially kind were the front desk attendant and the dining room attendants named Dragana and Nikolina. The exercise room and saunas were spot clean and fresh, with ample towels, showers and changing rooms. The attendant explained all the areas to me. My room had a most splendid view of the lake with the mountain backdrop. It was a short walk to the bottom of the racing location. Breakfast and coffee (cappuccino/espresso) was very good, many choices. `
