The hotel manage was so friendly and helpful, she welcomed us late following delays to our flight and brought us sandwiches and drinks to the apartment as all the shops and restaurants were closed. The hotel and apartment were spotlessly clean. The apartment was a good size with a modern bathroom with shower gel and shampoo provided. The kitchen had all the equipment and gadgets you needed and there was enough coffee and filters on arrival. Breakfast was available if you wanted and it was delicious and very generous. The sauna and wellness area is modern and peaceful and we had it all to ourselves. Located next to the lift, I could watch the lift guys start it up from the balcony. Boot room was warm and clean with lots of space. Ski bus stop from Saalbach is a very short walk, minutes away.

We loved everything! It was a great location, the room was clean, new, comfortable, with a great sunny deck and chairs, easy parking, kind, friendly, and helpful staff, and a great breakfast! We also enjoyed the complimentary Joker Card that let us ride the lift free.

Wow... where to start? The location is perfect mainly for those with a car, but even those without a car will enjoy the quiet location but very close to the towns. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms we stayed in are modern, spacious and perfectly equipped. The spa and pool are just perfect. The food is varied and rich and most importantly, delicious. We had a lot of fun. Hope to come again.

The staff and the hospitality was great. The owner of the hotel was always there for a friendly chat or to help you. Good food and very nice wellness area. They celebrated my birthday. Really liked it. Also Heiligenabend was great. Good atmosphere/food.

Very good service at all and kind hostess Michaela. Breakfast was delicious and wide selection. Sauna was pleasant surprise, we don't know it was in the price.

Great location for the slopes super friendly staff and very welcoming and always happy to help. Hotel was very clean with super comfortable beds. The food was probably the best we have ever had with a great menu for all We drive over to Austria every year and struggle to find accommodation with parking but the carpark was large and they even made us a pack lunch for are early departure. I can't not recommend this family run hotel enough if you like winter sports or summer sports it has everything you need they are very accommodating. We tried to speak as much of the language as we can but it wasn't an issue here. I honestly can not recommend this hotel more will definitely be returning thank you Wiesnegg.

The hotel is just fantastic. Brilliant room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom & shower. Very good breakfast & dinner and a decent bar. Barbara and her team are extremely good, friendly and very professional
