Very helpfull staff. We got much bigger apartament, than ordered. Place was quet and clean with nice view. Because we need to start our journey, we come 40 mins to early for the breakfast, but staff was wery helpfull, and served us.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel upgraded us upon our arrival which was a nice and pleasant surprise! The lake view was great! The whole SPA and pool area was amazing with many people but with never the feeling it was crowded. Food and breakfast very good! We could not hope for more for our short stay

The location of this intimate, cozy little hotel is like none other. It was so lovely to sit at the breakfast admiring the lake and the mountains. There is a possibility for a private dock for swimming close by and the local train is fast, reliable and easy to use. We cot a plus card at check in, that allowed us to travel with the train as much as we needed. This card might only be available if you stay for a longer than 3 days. The staff could not be more nice and helpful, absolutely lovely people!
Location and tranquility. Barry and Sigrid are excellent hosts and make you feel at home during your stay.
My room was spacious with excellent facilities. There is also a balcony you can sit out on and relax. The breakfast included is superb homemade smoothies, bread, cheeses, meats etc to get your day moving in the right direction. There is even a 17 year old cat who's name escapes me for all you cat lovers. Who loves his belly rubbed.
The grass area by the lake was perfect! Sun, beautiful clear lake, spectacular view of the mountains, peaceful and relaxing. The room was super clean, had a great view of the lake and mountains.
Breakfast was extensive continental choice and very high quality. Was lovely to sit out on the veranda and have breakfast both mornings.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and always there to answer any questions - made my stay feel really special and I'd love to return.
