Perfect location in Central Innsbruck. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small but it was perfect for one person. The facilities in the hotel were great, well maintained and clean pool and spa areas. The best part was the high quality bed linens and pillow options; the hotel went above and beyond to ensure you got a good night's sleep with all their options. I will be back!

Great room, very secure garage available for bike storage, amazing pool and jacuzzi overlooking the town. Breakfast was also lovely! The staff were sooo friendly and helpful as we arrived with packed bikes a bit flustered but they gave us everything we needed to sort ourselves out! Would definitely recommend
We were kindly given a room upgrade to a high floor, the view of the mountain was spectacular. All the staff were approachable & professional, we found the hotel very welcoming.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a great location. The staff was very accommodating, promptly changing our room when the initial one proved to be a bit noisy. The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. The spa is an added bonus, with a jacuzzi offering lovely views of the mountain.
Lovely setting, very comfortable and clean apartment with a nice terrace. All the appliances in the apartment are very good quality. Excellent for children and to relax in the surrounding nature.

Stylish, modern, comfortable with a great shower and bed. The sheets and linen smelt amazing! The host was lovely and very responsive over messages. She also left us a nice bottle of wine.
