Good arrangement with a public car parking in the basement with a nice discount. Nice beds, bed linen and towels. Good food in Plato restaurant. Observant bartender. Offering of free water (bottles) for our continuous trip to France was a nice gesture. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and nice pastry. Great location!

We have had a fantastic week in this hotel, and the location is great, a short walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. We had a big double bed and a sofa bed for our 2 year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Julio who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The car parking service is highly recommended as parking in Andorra is hard and expensive, and for 30€ a day is definitely worth it for a stress free holiday.
We had dinner one night in the restaurant instants and the food was delicious.
On Saturday evening there was a man playing the grand piano which was beautiful just to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary cava.

The room was of adequate size to accommodate three. Breakfast was good. Every location in Andorra is good, the city is small (surprise :)) :). Novotel location is convenient - everything is within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed spa for free in the neighboring (next door) hotel. Novotel has an agreement for its clients with the spa. Reception staff was helpful and friendly

Lovely hotel in the centre of Andorra La Vella. Room nice with comfortable beds and great ac. The hotel is quiet and clean and we got a great sleep. We could not hear any outside noises! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice jacuzzi as well as a small gym.
I loved how clean, central and private this hotel was - I slept very well and found it to be a relaxing place to stay, it was a great treat on my journey through Europe as a solo female backpacker and I felt very safe here, I'd recommend it to anyone, especially other young solo female travellers. The location was amazing, I felt really welcomed by staff, and the room even had a balcony which I wasn't expecting, so that was a lovely surprise, and the views nearby were incredible.
We were upgraded to a suite with balcony and spa bath. Lovely big room with huge bed and bathroom. Location was 10 out of 10 right in the centre with easy access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

There was nice looking pool/jacuzzi which we didn’t try.
The room was luxurious, the amenities were lovely (jacuzzi bathtub, roomy shower, etc.), the view was spectacular, the check-in and check-out and valet service were great. I also enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room.
The Hotel is nice, the pool and Jacuzzi is lovely and everywhere is very clean. It is very good value for money and not too out of the centre, you can walk there in 10 mins really.
The location is great and you can easily walk to and from the city center, even late at night. It is very safe. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the room upgrade since I arrived quite late and that's all that was available, very easy check-in and check-out. The receptionist gave me great suggestions for parking as it is a rare commodity in Andorra. I didn't have breakfast due to lack of time, but it looked lovely.
