It was the nicest place I've stayed in years. I asked if I could drop my bag before check-in time and received a wonderful response. I was very happy when I saw my room, it was a tasteful blend of traditional with modern. There is a communal area and other guests I came across there were friendly. The location is great and I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the fact that they had a 24 hour reception. The buffet breakfast was good value at 7.50 Euros. There was a lovely internal courtyard to sit in. The reception staff were very helpful with suggestions for how to spend our time in Faro. The sunset eco cruise was a highlight.

Fabulous little oasis in a slightly scruffy (=up-and-coming?) area in centre of town, with just a short walk to main shopping area, restaurants, marina, and historical old town. Beautifully designed accommodation with courtyard and terraced areas for general use. Breakfast was really good, and there is general use of kitchen during the day for tea and coffee making, and a small amount of space in fridge to keep own food if needed.

Lovely welcome from Paolo on arrival . Bedroom was decorated beautifully and was one of 4 bedrooms off a small courtyard with fountain . Other bedrooms were situated on a small cobbled street within Hotel premises which was very charming. Best continental Breakfast I have experienced , fresh produce daily served with oven baked breads plus Champagne ! As we departed early , Paolo organised takeaway breakfast for us which was a lovely gesture.

We loved everything about this property. On a quiet street a few steps from the old town. Renovated traditional house with tasteful modern interior and delightful enclosed courtyard, retaining the typical front door. Air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms. The owner was super-helpful and really quick to respond. Perfect café for breakfast on the corner with pavement tables and chairs. I’d say one of our best stays yet.

The perfect place to stay for my short trip to Quarteira. I had originally booked a larger and more expensive hotel but am so glad I chose here. This traditional hotel is on a small and quiet street about 5-10 mins away from beach. My room was so clean, well appointed and with a beautiful view out on the courtyard below.

Beautiful old building in a great location and full of character, decorated in Moroccan style. Lovely courtyard with swimming pool. The apartment was spacious. with a kitchenette. The housekeeper Flavia was very friendly and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast included, served on the rooftop terrace with great views of Lagos.

The location is very good. We also loved the traditional building, the beauty of the decor and the finishing touches. Beautiful breakfast served in a lovely courtyard.
