The breakfast is fabulous and you will fell at home. The decoration and furniture are all local and some made by the owner. We had a special time here. Thanks Francisco and all the staff, you are amazing people!

The courtyard and outdoor shared spaces are lovely, especially the hammocks and the sweet dog and cats on the property. Breakfast was sufficient, though didn't seem to be replenished after 9am. The room was comfortable, good water pressure and hot water from the tap after waiting a short time. Nice to have some plants in the room for greenery as well. Within easy walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, landmarks and the local cenote, Zaci, which is highly recommended.
Location in the central historic area. Access to lots of restaurants, tours and sights within walking distance. We were able walk to and from the Bus Station. Hotel Caribe is an older historic hotel, situated on a small square/park. It has three floors, elevator, rooftop pool, fresh water filling stations on each floor, an open garden courtyard than is seen from all floors. Because room doors were inside the building, it was quiet at night.
Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful decor, attention to details, huge immaculate room and bathroom, delightful courtyard swimming pool, great location just minutes walk to all the main sites of the historical centre, very friendly English speaking staff. I loved everything about my stay here, except it was too short.
Exceptional service from all the staff. They are all very attentive, diligent, helpful & very friendly. The restaurant is magnificent as is the rooftop bar with its view over the main square and cathedral. The food is mouthwatering and the setting within a garden courtyard is magical. You will love it here I had a great time!

Beautiful building- felt like a little boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard, clean pool and pretty tiles and plants everywhere. Easy check in, helpful staff and great location for exploring the town on foot. Comfortable large bed and lovely big room.

The room was really well laid out with great attention to detail - even a beautiful stained glass window. Lots of plants and palms in the courtyard and swimming pool is fabulous. Hotel is right on the beach and still so close to the bars and restaurants - a real oasis.
Hotel is well located, in the historical part of the city so everything is close. When entering the hotel, there is a lovely inner courtyard fully of greenery and small fountain. The room was a good size and clean, there is also small fridge available to keep your drinks cool. Hotel provided 2pcs 0.5l watter in the room. Pool is quite big and the pool area is nice. Free hotel parking space is available nearby.
