I'm impressed by this hotel comparing it to other hotels around the city - historical too. The room was cozy and modern, although we were placed in the inner courtyard rooms, we did not have any views apart from other rooms facing the same direction. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and renovated. The location is central, so everything interesting can be reached by walking. And the fact that they added all snacks in the mini-fridge as complimentary is wise!
Great location on Martin Place, friendly attentive staff, nicely appointed rooms of good size, sensational buffet breakfast located in the historical GPO courtyard, a really beautiful setting, would definitely stay again.
Location easy and parking provided. Courtyard area is lovely with all the plants and tables for relaxing. Staff very nice and the place is clean enough. Nice being next to the lovely park.
The room was huge and well furnished Loved there was a cafe on site for breakfast The view was of a courtyard with plants. The location near the shops.

A really lovely space with a beautiful outdoor garden courtyard, very comfortable bed, spacious, quirky lounge/dining and an easy stroll to all that Berry has to offer. The host Cassandra is very warm and welcoming and we can highly recommend a stay at the Red Barn.
Very good location, easy to walk to the shopping centre and water. Lovely ocean view from the front of the hotel, it would definitely be worth getting an ocean view room(ours was not). The garden courtyard and pool would have been great if the weather was better. Our room was a little on the small side for a family but it was clean and comfortable, the complimentary soft drinks and bottled water + tea,coffee and bickies was a bonus

The motel is opposite Diggers RSL club and their food is exceptional. The motel is very comfortable with sliding doors into a garden courtyard.
