The grounds are so pretty and the food is five stars. Staff is so friendly and helpful and there’s a spa and hammam on site. Special mention to Amine who hung out with our kid so we could go to the hammam. They gave us a room in our own courtyard so we could spread out and our kid could run.

Top Riad in very quiet area. Mr Ali was the perfect host going beyond our expectations. He took the time to drive us to restaurants and places of interest as part of the service. Breakfast was typical Moroccan with fresh bread each morning. We felt very comfortable in a large suite. We ate an excellent Tagine at the Riad for a very reasonable price.

We loved everything about the Dar Dzahra. Situated right in the town center of Taroudant, only two minutes walking to the main square and the souks, this big riad is the place of calm and tranqiulity. The stuff is friendly and attentive, the french host highly knowledgeable and informative. The traditional moroccan breakfast, served by the pool, was rich and tasty, as well as the dinner we took in the evening. A very good option for staying in Taroudant!

Though the riad is in the medina, it was easy to find it and there was a free parking lot fifty meters from the riad. The hotel which also serves as a restaurant for outside parties is only ten years old. The style is traditional with modern colourful tiles, still within the tradition. The patio is very large with trees and plants. WiFi is working well. The house is retracted fifty meters from the busy shopping street Avenue Muhammed V which leads to the main square with many cafés and the Grand Mosqée

The location of the Riad was perfect. On street cark parking was possible right outside. Inside the old city walls and close to the markets, the location was ideal to explore the old town. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the stay was very good value. Nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace. A lovely swimming pool takes up the courtyard, unfortunately we didn't get to try it but I imagine it'd be great to take a refreshing dip during the warmer months as it's well shaded.
