Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThe parking system is poor. I booked 2 rooms but could only get parking access for one vehicle. The one vehicle had to park outside in the street. Registering on Admyt was pointless. Implement a keycard system or something different . There was a used shaving razor in the shower. The bathplug of the bathtub in the en-suite got stuck with the first attempt of bathing. I was unable to drain the water from the bathtub I was told upon arrival that no smoking was allowed in the rooms and even on the balcony. I was instructed to go downstairs if I wish to smoke. However, I found 3 cigarette buds lying on my balcony. Please clean your rooms properly before allowing guests inside
The entire apartment was nice. Cleanliness of my apartment (bathroom and balcony) was the main concern for me and the poor parking system.

South AfricaWe arrived late Friday evening. We had no internet and therefore had to use my private internet bundle during our entire 2 night stay. I had reported the problem on Saturday morning but the technicians that came could not establish the internet connection. Apparently there is a problem with room 616 internet connection. We could therefore also watch no TV. I paid full price for 2 nights which included internet but did not receive the full benefit. Annoying!
Modern and beautiful Apartment. Spacious and lightfilled. Meticulous clean. Excellent equipped with cutlery and crockery. Very comfortable and came with room service.

South AfricaThere was construction in the apartment next to us which was really loud. There was also construction on the floor we were on. We were given no warning of this. There is no where to put your things down when you go to the pool. Should be a bench or hooks. The staff was not clear in communicating about the parking situation before arrival which created confusion.
The apartment was great. Comfortable and clean with good location. We also enjoyed the pool.

South AfricaHad to argue/prove that parking was part of the booking Late night parties in neighboring apartments No window in the second bathroom and the extractor fan did nothing to remove any smells Construction was taking place on the floor above us (which was only mentioned after we booked) which caused the following issues: - Noise - Only 1 elevator could be used (sometimes had to wait for 10 minutes just to go up/down) - Signs/letters were placed for contractors to use separate elevators. Supervisors and staff would see this and laugh at the contractors for ignoring the signs/letters - Took us 20/30 minutes to check out because the reception area was being renovated... there were about 15 people in the lobby

SwitzerlandPlace wasn't in best shape. Renovations in the building and bathroom was old/dirty, same as kitchen when you open certain doors. No washing detergent provided for washing machine, what's the point of even having it there then. Long complicated code for opening doors. Was difficult to find the hotel as nobody knows the name and it is not written anywhere outside. Also parking was complicated, different name of parking spots than the hotel.
Spacious and nice view, centrally located and two bathrooms for the two-bedroom apartment is very nice. Kitchen was well equipped.
