Location was fab. Apartment was v clean & well finished. The bath robes were a nice bonus.

The reception was very helpful and hospitable and offered help with our luggage, and showed us how everything worked.

It was easy to locate. Upon arrival, the security showed us to our parking. By only referencing my name, the security immediately knew what booking we had and made the check-in process effortless. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely make use of them again if I need accommodation in that area.

Great location, beautifully furnished, staff was very inviting. Everything we needed was provided for in the fully equipped kitchen. Underground parking was also very convenient.

Friendly host waited for our arrival. Very spacious, extremely comfortable beds. Housekeeping cleaned up while we were out.

What a superb location! Right in town, but still allowing privacy. Stunning apartment, lovely views. Staff were just fabulous. It has everything you need for 1 or 5 nights. The small touches were fantastic, the gowns, the nespresso machine. Sad to say goodbye.

The welcome was very friendly. The apartment was very nice with great furniture and spacious. The location was perfect for us near the wine Tram and nearby restaurants.

Truly nothing but maybe the fact it didn’t have a lift, but one flight of stairs wasn’t an issue for us. Our suitcases were carried up for us.

Proximity to town, the layout, the furniture, comfortable beds. The staff were so helpful and polite. Safe parking.

Everything was great

We booked two apartments and both were wonderful and very comfortable. Nespresso machine, coffee etc available which was great and hugely appreciated. Location was perfect for the wine trams and restaurants. No need to drive to either. Easy parking in the private parking garage.

The location is in excellent proximity to anything you may need in the area, however it was a bit loud until quite late on Saturday night given it’s across a restaurant. There also isn’t a daily cleaning service which is something I hadn’t thought to check but would’ve been nice.

The apartment is very spacious with great, natural light. The little touches that made all the difference for me were the international plug points and the bathrobes. The checking in process was very easy and the chap who checked me in and out was kind enough to help with carrying my luggage to and from my car. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Location. Wellington(manager) very personable and helpful. Has all required facilities. This is the third time we have stayed there.

Nothing it was all good, parking was tight, but l have a big SUV. Also it’s up one flight of stairs - normal staircase, just thought l’d mention in case of mobility issues. It would have been nice if you offered a supermarket service. We would have paid extra for breakfast food - if you had a menu of items l would have ordered bread butter and jams, and nut alternatives milks. I ended up going out for breakfast, but some of the days would have been nice to lounge in the beautiful space. So on that note, if you do stay BYO breakfast, or be prepared to run to the supermarket.

Property has a lovely French feel, the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had some milk and tea and coffee along with some coffee pods. The bathroom products smelt amazing. The location was the key for us…. Is about a 10 minute flat walk to the wine tram station. In addition, the shops and restaurants at your footsteps. Has a balcony with a 4 chair and table outdoor table for the smokers. I was with a smoker and lm not, the smell didn’t come inside. The restaurant on the left corner as you walk up to main st was great. We had a pizza, salad and pasta with cocktails, all was fresh and delicious- I recommend there, great for all ages. Sorry can’t remember the name.
