The equipment for watersport was in a very bad state of repair. SUP boards had no fins underneath, wake board boot was broken. Equipment needs to be better maintained. I was woken up every morning at around 3am with a running tap sound. It was very loud and went on and on. Not sure if it was my neighbour or what but it woke me up both mornings and annoyed me. Sounded like someone was running a loud tap in my room

As we are pensioners and booked a month in advance the day before leaving you advertising 10% discount. You should think of offering discount for Senior Citizen.

We loved the pedal boats as it was free. Also all other activities that was free. Good sales pitch when advertising Pinelake.

We were far from everything. Wifi not working.

The trip on Loose Goose was excellent and we learned a lot from the skipper. The nightly swimming in the heated pool and sauna was awesome All the activities was a treat. Took my Mom for a Pedi and she was in very very happy with the service ☺️ Please please please do not close the whole resort and yes it might be a financial decision please try and go back to the drawing board and make part of it available for leisure resort purposes please🙏 Thank you Pine Lake Marina for an Awesome weekend 18th - 21 March 2023

The apartments are not maintained. The toilet was leaking and making noises all night as well as the fridge. Also the WiFi was non existent. The shower not clean on the ceiling.

The resort venue is beautiful. The Ten pin bowling and other facilities like heated pool, boat rides, table tennis all lovely. The staff were friendly.

Only downside during this visit was the restaurant at the Piazza. We always had to look for staff to either have menus brought to us, or to take our order, or to get a bill. Staff also did not put through all orders and brought food short only for us to ask where the rest of the food was and be told that they had forgotten to put it through. Restaurant staff seemed very unenthusiastic to be there and no sense of customer service.

Always a pleasant stay at Pine Lake Marina. The convenience of having activities onsite makes it great value for money. Onsite parking is also convenient.

Bad wifi connection to no wifi at all. The bedding wasn't 100 %clean, carpet in room was dirty/dusty and the sleeper couch was very uncomfortable for the kids. For the amount you pay to stay there not much entertainment on the tv

The outdoor facilities and water activities were fantastic, friendly staff everywhere and pine piazza have a great vibe and food not expensive at all. Safe environment for the family especially kids.

The TV reception wasn’t good. The place needs more maintenance, our shower was dripping to the ground floor, taps were loose when turning to open in the upstairs bathroom, Chalet A02. It was said that cleaning would take place every 4 days, but it didn’t happen during the course of our stay.

Check in very late,basically you pay for s full 1st day but check in only from 3pm than the 1st day almost over cause than there is 2 hour left for lake activities, not cool
