I loved everything , the hospitality … the facilities … the 24 hr in room dining … the coffee machine in rooms … the shampoo and body wash, the slippers the vanity kit … every luxury was there … the friendly and helpful staff the cafe and restaurant and bar … the spa … the free shuttle services and the special events like Father’s Day …

If there could please be gym mats provided at the gym. The mats that we use when working out abs. Please can there also be 5 kg weights and a TV to enjoy at the gym. There was also loud music coming from one of the neighbours till mid night which was really a disturbance to one’s sleep.

Nothing. An almost perfect hotel

Pepper club hotel by far is the best hotel in South Africa. Their stuff are super cool and very helpful. They are so charming. The rooms are breathtaking, very clean and the room ambiance is amazing. We got the 16th floor facing the table top mountain and oh dear the views were so amazing. The breakfast was so delicious. My wife and I really had one of the best moment at Cape Town thanks to Pepper club hotel. Free shuttle pick up to Camps Bay and V&R water front. The drivers are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Caps town. Keep it up

The fact that there were no slippers in the rooms and my shower made the bathroom wet a little. Neither was critical.

NOTHING. Everything was amazing. A few more wine selections would have helped but it didnt really matter when you are in Cape Town (wine country)

Amazing staff. Super Friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with all bookings and transport. Shuttle to Waterfront was fantastic. Room was great with a wrap around balcony. Breakfast was great. Overall, I would stay there every time I visit Cape Town ONLY because the hotel team made us feel like home and took care of all our requests and made our stay memorable.

Furniture is a little outdated

The friendliness of the staff and the suggestions they gave. They were always willing to help, Ndumie and Godfrey were our favorites. The rooms and facilities are well decorated, waking up to the views of lions head and table mountain were an added bonus.

The location is central and safe. I love that there is a parking next to the hotel. The reception is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Always a pleasure staying at Pepperclub.

The location. Sadly the nightlife of Long street with their loud and blaring music dampened my stay. A good night's rest, especially with such a luxurious room, is what I needed.

I liked the welcoming when we arrived, the staff's pleasant disposition, the luxury of our room, the sauna, pool and gym facilities, and the buffet breakfast. I will recommend Pepperclub hotel anytime.

The room facing long street side, I could not sleep on Saturday as it felt like I was part of multiple clubs. Perhaps it's the club in pepperclub. I was a walking zombie on Sunday.

Upgraded to a one bedroom with an awesome view! Staff was super..everyone was super friendly. Nice shuttle back and forth to V and A Harbour. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was awesome and included 😋

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Staff was super and the breakfast was top notch. Walking distance to most attractions and the shuttle to and from V&A was a bonus
