This was one of the best places we stayed in during our trip round South Africa. The cottage is located amid lovely scenery, it is charming with all necessary modcons. It was very clean and comfortable. And our host Jane was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and a great place to stay for a few days sampling the food and wines of the region.

Very good cottage, has lots of nice amenities such as bath, fireplace, washing machine, all the pots and pans you might need and comfy bed. Plus a solar panel! Forget about loadshedding on your weekend away!

Our hosts, Jane and Charles, went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had ,everything we needed for our stay. The cottage is set in a stunning location with views across the valley with vineyards and mountains as our vista. We had two BBQs while we were there with supplies bought in nearby Robertson. Would highly recommend a stay, you won't want to leave!

We were looking for peace and quiet, and this was food for the soul. Peace, quiet, long walks, birds, beautiful sunsets, lazing on the veranda sipping drinks and watching the changing light... doesn't get much better than that.

This is a absolute gem. It is on a working farm and you have mountain views. Very close to Robertson and so many things to do in that area. Must stay at least a week.

The cottage we stayed in was beautifully appointed and very spacious with all amenities you need for a most comfortable stay, including chopped firewood, and with view of vineyards and mountains every which way you look. Peace and quiet abound! It's the kind of place where you can stay in for the whole day, without venturing out if you don't want to; and there is really a lot to see and explore in the greater Robertson area. Jane and Charles are most gracious and friendly hosts, providing us with great recommendations regarding places and restaurants to visit. All in all, an unforgettable stay and unconditionally recommended for anyone who wants to relax and rechange the batteries!

Amazing location , comfortable, clean and well appointed cottage has everything you could need and well positioned for privacy and views across the valley. Thoughtful and friendly host has thought of everything so you can just arrive and relax!
