It's better if the can clean our room we have to make our bed before we goo the don't clean our room and change the towels we used the same towels that we used yesterday... Some people were playing music louder the don't treat people the same...

It's nice property the yard it's clean everything was perfect and comfortable the kitchen, it had all the staff we need we did enjoy it a lot...we had good communication with the employers and neighbours.

TOO NOISY BAD RECEPTION - NOBODY ATTENDED TO THE GATE - I DID REPORT THAT I WILL ARRIVE BETWEEN 17 - 18H00 AT THE GATE 17H59 ....WAITED 5 MINUTES,WAITED AGAIN 5 - 7 MINUTES TO BE APPOINTED TO MY ROOM - MY DETAILS IF BOOKING NOT SHOWING ON THEIR SYSTEM I UNDERSTAND/WAS TOLD - THIS THE SECOND CASE WITH BOOKING .COM FOR/OR IN NELSPRUIT AREA. I NEVER SAW BRENDA.....????(RECEPTIONIST) QUESTION TO BOOKING.COM : 1) DO YOU DO SPOTCHECKS ON PLACES LISTED UNDER B.COM ON A REGULAR BASIS AFTER INITIAL LISTING AND HOW OFTEN...?? 2) IS ABOVE ON RECORD...?? 3) DOES THE RATINGS CHANGE...?? 4) MAINTENANCE CHECKED UPON...?? Rough approach road, staffing and soundproofing could be better; as room by the pool is subject noise of guest using phone or socialising outside.

The creeky door to GRACE the one room we stayed in. The light coming in through the high roof windows it's too bright at night for people that like a dark room when wanting to sleep. Reception area needs a bit of assistance as we arrived from JHB and got there round 21:30 & ourselves and another couple were waiting at the gate, calling and no answer.

The one lady Belinda that assists with the cleaning of the facilities is such a friendly and warm welcoming person. The area was quiet and tranquil.

Service is not good. I took very long to go out because i was not given a gate remote, went to the main entrance more than 3times to find no one there. There's no visibility of a dedicated reception and receptionist. Even the number was not picked when I called. I was just stuck at the gate and got late for work. The rooms do not accommodate the corporate travellers, there is also no study desks and an office chair in the the rooms, which made it difficult for me to work. I had to buy my own table the following day

Toiled without cleaning materials for hygiene and poor bathing shower, water were very few.

Location and animals from the farm like the 2 cats and also oxygen at the place and surrounding accommodation.

1 shower for a place that accommodates 8 people in the bungalows is not enough. And they use a old fridge whereby the freezer door was stuck, so we couldn't use the freezer.

The location is great if you looking for some fresh air as is out of town and it's easy to find. the host responds immediately.

Staff making noise early in the morning. Some people arrived around 11pm and had a serious verbal fight over the rooms. Couldn't sleep well and enjoy.
