They conducted maintenance to the room while we were staying there without our permission. The key room cards kept on delinking from the room. This happened about 5 times. The pools were not heated. This created a problem as we could not swim at all. The price of the jacuzzi was high. Best they charge per session , not per person. The room did have lack of maintenance as the walls was bubbling and discoloured around the bath.

We found the room dirty after checking in ..the next day we had to beg for our room to be cleaned…stayed for 3 nights and sheets were never changed.the cleaners were horrible….

I have booked and stayed twice this year. I paid via eft every time, and send proof of payment via email. I never get a response from accounts department saying payment received. And then when i get to reception they never have my payment. I must re send again even yesterday on check out i had to email again… and i paid 4/8/2024before i came on holiday. Surely they can send a email saying thank you we received your payment and show it on your account?

There were no dishtowels or dishwashing liquid for the kitchen. Nor a broom or a mop, especially for when coming back from the beach. The place also not having any warm air in the aircon was displeasing.

The view of the place was amazing... The ground floor sea room view is the best! I would recommend. Loved that when you walk outside, the beach is right there. The staff was friendly and helpful and loved that all facilities were inside.

We wake up very early and tea/coffee was only available after 7,it would be nice to have a bit of fresh milk in the room to have tea as we wake up.

We loved our stay, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was great (the pizza is unreal!). The bed was super comfy and the shower was Awesome. Thank you for an amazing first stay in a hotel, we will definitely be back

The inside corridors. The reception area and sun beds could do with an upgrade.

Looove the location, beach front, loved my beach walks and the sound of the sea at night 🥰Loved the pool and pool area, the lights and palm tree views are absolutely stunning at night. Nice bathrooms the rooms look renovated & modern which is nice. Slept with our door open and woke up to some monkeys in the room that was very funny surprise 😆🤭(a warning to others to take note of the monkeys) actually nice 😊 the waiters were very friendly infact all the staff cleaning and maintenance and kitchen. Very lovely people

x2 Very very small milk, x2 coffees and x4 Tea Which we had only for 5 nights of stays? 🤔 Solution: Would be nice if guests could receive those amounts everyday of their stay but with more milk.

The veranda at room 109 we didn’t have privacy at all from other guests also the way they serve breakfast., just wish they have buffet, when we checked in at the reception they didn’t tell us where to eat breakfast,also the way I struggled about payment issue before i checked in., they don’t treat guests who booked with booking.com good I struggle to get hold of the people who work with online booking for 2 weeks before my check in,to update my payment on their system

The staff at the restaurants needs training on customer service. Speed point availability was a problem. The spa service can be improved. Manicure and pedicure without polish is bad. Even when I paid extra for polish it was poorly done. I did not like to stay on level 1. I felt trapped in the unit because on the verandah, you are exposed to the public - no privacy.

To be close to the beach was amazing. The restaurants at La Montagne was convenient. Loved that there was a Spa on the premises. The unit was comfortable.
