We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelarusBeautiful chalet with a huge and comfortable bed. The choice of food was not big, but the quality was excellent, especially the desserts. The staff are doing everything possible to make the guests happy. The game drives are a nice introduction to the safari experience, and the horse safari is definitely recommended.

We stayed in a Karoo cottage, nice rooms with everything you need. Beautiful surrounding scenery. Friendly, welcoming staff.

South AfricaThere was no non alcoholic option available for welcome drinks or at the Game drive stop over. It is very difficult to know how to tip the staff , it would be good to put an envelope in each room for a tip and then it gets shared between all the staff.
The facilities were great. The game drives were fabulous and the staff all very friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was not a good as the lunch buffet. The lamb curry at lunch was excellent

South AfricaPool water ice cold, going with children who really looked forward to using the pool was a bit disappointing. Two nights was ideal, would not have gotten anymore value from a third night. The family room was outdated, for the price one would expect a higher standard.
Great to have the close experiences with the animals. Staff were super friendly.

South AfricaNo space between toilet and bath (knee caps beware of rocky bath wall), outside shower advertised as a feature, but what is the point if it has a roof and completely walled in so all it means is you stand outside in the cold while taking a shower. Key could not lock back door. Light in front of our cottage did not work.

South AfricaWe had no view from our bedroom, which was disappointing. My wheat/gluten allergy was not really catered for, even though I had specified the allergy when booking and followed up a few days prior to checking in. Very few of the dishes were gluten-free and I was left with bland, uninteresting food as no special effort was made to accommodate me.
There is a good atmosphere at the lodge; the staff were friendly; we had a comfortable bed; and we enjoyed the game drives.

Location with beautiful views of the veld. Could see elephants in the distance from breakfast table. Staff are superb!
