Large two bedroom apartment with great kitchen facilities and filtered water. washing machine was a bonus too. Pool was great, and pool table and table tennis fun for us and our daughter. Central location and we liked having a mini mart downstairs. Appreciated the early check in as well.

Very comfortable spacious apartment with access to facilities including pool and gym. Delicious buffet breakfast. Great location in Hanoi centre, walking distance to lots of restaurants, markets and Hoan Kiem Lake.

Swimming pool was unheated and too cold to swim in. Upon checkout, we were charged a very exorbitant fee for having used tennis racquets for 20 minutes one day. My children didn’t release there was a fee involved when the pool attendant offered to lend them equipment.

Great location. Guest lounge and gym were good. Our teenage sons enjoyed playing billiards and table tennis. Our room was spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Nice hotel, modern bathrooms, removal of carpet would increase the appeal. Some water problems noticeable from shower upstairs. Great to have a washing machine & kitchen, not that we cooked. Jasper's Sports Bar was great, located on the 4th floor with a view of the pool. Wonderful employees.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Grand Hanoi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the clean and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious apartment provided ample room for my family, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay stress-free. The well-stocked mini mart on Level 1 was a lifesaver. Whether we needed snacks, drinks, or essentials, it was all right there. No need to venture far. I want to give a special mention to Nina, one of the staff members. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made our stay memorable.

Pool was unheated - too cold to swim in. Unexpected and exorbitant charges for using tennis racquets for 20 minutes. It was not explained to my teenager that they would have to pay and he thought they were free when he was offered a turn (as was the billiards table and table tennis table). Upon checkout we were charged an exorbitant fee.

The room was wonderful, the services were wonderful, and the reception staff’s were greats . However, there was a slight problem, which was the sound of the air in the bathroom window. It was very annoying as I tried to close it tightly all the time, as it was on the upper floors.

Carpet and fabric for dining table and sofa in the room appear well used (need some deep shampooing).

Somerset Grand Hanoi was a good place to retreat into after a bustling day in the city as room was comfortable (pleasant surprise to get a 2-bedder though we booked a 1-bedder), clean and all equipment works in the room (washing machine cum dryer, induction cooker, fridge, aircon, oven, hairdryer, shower head water pressure and iron). To top it up, professional service from the entire team (door bell to front desk to housekeeping team).

I think the sauna and jazcuni should be included in the room rate, should not need to pay extra per person to use. Think the price for breakfast should state the full price including taxes

Great facilities - loved the pool, gym and kids playground. Room was very spacious with the convenience of a kitchen and washing machine! Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough to make sure you were comfortable. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Nothing. Good value for money.

Good location. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed in it. Large pool and jacuzzi too. It was walking distance to most sights and it felt safe too. The staff at the main reception were lovely. We didn't really need to see them much but everyone was on hand and check-in was easy.
