The photos of the hotel are better than reality, They charged me 8% more than the price, which I have reserved in booking.com. They claimed that they are obliged to add the VAT which is not mentioned in booking.com

Good location, friendly & helpful staff that were very happy to assist with travel recommendations and planning. At this hotel I had a couple of the best massages that I received during my time in Hanoi, Vietnam. Cannot rate the breakfast as I only grabbed a banana on a couple of days. Free wifi was reliable.

The room itself didn't have any mirrors or wardrobes which made things a little difficult, and the wifi was a bit slow.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Old Quarter, with lots of shops and restaurants just outside its doors. The staff were very friendly and cooperative as well.

It is located in the hub of old quarter and is quite noisy until 5 am.

We enjoyed the breakfast.The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped book a day trip to Nihn Binh at a reasonable price. They helped make everything easy for us. We really appreciated their help

Don’t expect much of the breakfast, it has nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately I underestimated the comments about being in the noisiest area of the old quarter. Even using earplugs I could hear the extremely loud night club music until 3 AM. The staff warned us about it when checking-in and offered us a “quieter” room.

The reception staff is friendly and welcoming.

It was right in the middle of a party street, meaning that when we stayed Saturday night on arrival in a room between 2 clubs, it was hard to sleep for the noise. They were kind enough to move us to another room our 2 following nights here, with less noise but still some from the street. Think twice if you are a light sleeper, otherwise a great place! 👍

It is also the location, because it has a club just really beside the building, so we weren't able to sleep well because of the noise.

The staff are very welcoming. Location-wise: near the fun area (this is only good if you're looking for fun like drinking or clubbing)

Cleanliness was not on point. Bedsheets had stains and bathtub was found not clean from previous day. Buffet did not have vegan options apart from some steamed vegetables.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. Location was very good. If you have issue with loud music, then better to avoid this hotel.

Too much noise in the night from Pubs nearby, hotel staff has informed already in advance but different to have peaceful sleep in the night.

Overall good stay, Staff are supportive and helpful with guidance on tour.

Right in the heart of Hanoi old quarters which is super convenient, you've got everything you need at your doorstep... only if you don't mind loud music until 3/4 in the morning. But the staff is very accommodating and they will try to give you the quieter room possible.

when we arrived we were told the room we booked wasn’t available so we had been given a ‘free upgrade’ but this room was on the first floor at the front so was extremely noisy with music from the nightclub next door and the street.The staff were honest about the noise when checking in it but was just annoying as we would have much rather had the original room we booked or even a smaller one if it was quieter but apparently no other rooms were available.

I personally haven't really been bothered by loud noise from outside but some people might not be fond of that. I still greatly enjoyed my stay :)

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the old quarter so a plethora of shops, restaurants and the like are just around the corner. However, the highlight of my stay was the staff who made me feel extremely welcome from start to finish. Treated me more like a friend than a stranger/guest :) All the staff is extremely helpful when it comes to recommending places to eat, finding your way around or just accommodating the needs of such a demanding guest like myself :D Plus it's on the cheap side :) Highly recommend this hotel :)
