Only a small detail, but would be great if you can provide more hooks to hang towels / robes from in the bathroom, and more coathangers in the wardrobe.

From the second arrived I felt welcome here. Leckie (supervisor) and his team of front of house staff do a wonderful job, helped me with directions, tour bookings etc. In fact all staff were lovely, smiling and welcoming, from the doorman, to the housekeeping team, to the kitchen and restaurant staff. Nice location (thankfully out of the busyness of the old town) in between old town and beach, feels like a slightly more local neighbourhood. Hotel tastefully designed with blue and gold, lovely tiling and beautiful brass tapware. Bed was firm but comfy and the bathroom / shower was great with decent water pressure. Loved having a little balcony that overlooked the pool and the swimming pool was lovely too. The breakfast was delicious with a great spread! Nothing to report on dislikes!

Excellent and clean facilities, topped off with friendly staff. Free shuttle at certain times into Old Town and also the beach club associated with the hotel at An Bang Beach. We had the family pool room during our stay, which was a great reprieve when humid and hot. Breakfast was quite good also. Easy Grab ride into town, or about a 20-minute walk to Old Town. There's a few good places to eat nearby also, such as Circle and a few mini marts around. It's a good location just outside of the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Slightly a little bit out of the old town. We borrowed push bikes and it was an easy ride to the old town. The towels in the bathroom could do with an update.

The staff are amazing, friendly and curtious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely pool. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice.

we were 2 families with kids and we have recieved the families rooms (one with connecting door). the room with the connecting door has 2 big rooms and 2 bathrooms (suitable for 5 people). the rooms are big and the bathrooms have both a shower and a bath. there is a great pool that we have enjoyed very much. the breakfast is great, there are many options to choose from the staff was very nice and helpfull, they helped us to book several trips around the city

Minor but the gym is basic and in a dark room, enough to do a quick workout though.

Loved our interconnecting room with kids! Breakfast was good and the free bikes were fun, kids rode on the back. Service was outstanding they even helped us get our backpack sewn up. Having the pool in the shade was actually refreshing on the hot days.

Hotel renovated after COVID, the room was in perfect condition as shown on the picture. Amazing soundproof so no noise. Pool is always great and material used is awesome for the feeling. Hotel staff really well trained and always try to help or give recommendations.

Sadly, spoiled by a large inconsiderate group with many noisey children who monopolised the pool for many hours one afternoon and again from 6am the following morning, even though pool hours were from 7am. Also, noisey building works from 8am until 5pm on our final 2 days with no prior warning. I am sure that neither of these are normal but Management should have stopped the first and warned us about the second.

Super facilities in a, normally, quiet location away from the frenzy of Old Town. Nice and comfortable, lovely bathrooms and super staff. Pretty good breakfast. Will return.

Good location for us on quiet street, lots of cafes and restaurants near by, great pool with pool side service for food and drinks, sky bar with pool table, staff very helpful and friendly, rooms very good size and clean, bathrooms with a bath tub, onsite spa service was very good and priced well. On the upper floors there was a problem with wifi (disconnected), at the bottom of the facility everything worked perfectly. To improve the restaurant's offer of healthier meals.

We stayed at the hotel for more than three weeks, on site we found a new comfortable facility and large nice functional rooms. There are amiable and helpful staff on site. Tasty varied breakfasts. Spa with many massages. On-site a lovely pool, the possibility to laundry things, and rent bicycles or shuttle buses to the beaches/downtown.

The pool, the staff and how we were on a quiet street but still close enough to access everything! Deli down the end of the street, massage next door (or in house) restaurant within for MASSIVE array of breakfast choices. Helpful staff to assist with transfer and tour bookings also able to help point out local delicacies not to be missed and teach you how to use a grab. Laundry also done in house Pool, sky bar with amazing view and cocktails friendly staff in all areas.

Nothing everything was great

We stayed in the rooftop room with a private pool. It was fantastic. The staff at the property were very friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year.
