2 minor points: the wifi was very spotty in my room, but I think that was because I was on the periphery of the hotel, since it worked just fine in the central areas. Also, the last few hours I was there, there emitted a strange odour from the bathroom, which may have been caused by the construction next door.

Staying here was being a part of history....quite literally, as it's a historical building. So many beautiful areas located all around the hotel, and not just the bedrooms themselves. The staff were very attentive, Komil was a very gracious host, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast spread superb, and it was literally a 5-minute walk from where the Old Town begins.

This property was a real gem. Such amazing history, such a lovely and present owner, awesome staff always eager to help, and walking distance to everything. I spent a long time researching and am glad I chose Komil. The dining room was a real highlight - so historic and amazing.

This Hotel is inside a 19th century building located in a narrow and silent road close to the old town (5 minutes walking). The rooms are wide and comfortable, adorned in a charming retro local style. The breakfast offers local food with few sweet options. Staff is very kind and prompt to help you. Wifi worked perfectly.

Beautiful place at the heart of old Bukhara serving great breakfast. There is a bakery up the street where you can buy piping fresh bread, craft beer place across the street and 5-10 min walking to all sights. Good spot for 2 days stay.

Got charged for coffee during breakfast which was a surprise. No credit cards accepted.

Little bit of disorganisation when I arrived. Not sure they had done anything beyond aknowledged my booking. Room didn't seem to be allocated. All ended up fine .

Very little. They only take cash for payment. It is pointed out on Booking.com but I must have missed it. Can be quite a challenge to secure cash.

Although the location is pretty central and the hotel is walking distance from most sites, the immediate vicinity is under construction. Thus, it is not so attractive. The breakfast room is very beautiful, but the breakfast service is very standard and does not live up to the room's setting. Don't expect fresh juices. Omelettes cost extra.

The shower couldn’t absorb all the water, why the bathroom got a bit flooded.

Beautiful Boutique hotel - with a 300y old heritage. There is different rooms, some of them in an old authentic style, and others in a more modern design. The hotel is perfectly situated, only a few walking minutes away from the main square. The staff is super friendly and is available for all questions.

Characterful boutique hotel in an old merchants house. Breakfast is eaten in a magnificent salon with original decoration -and there is lots of choice for breakfast. Very short walk from heart of the old city.

Missing items in the breakfast buffet could have been restocked quicker. Some items in the room (toilet paper, soap) could have been restocked more generously (there was no soap in the room when we arrived and one day we had to ask reception for toilet paper ourselves).

Location very close to all the sights. The hotel itself is a sight itself, the room was nice. Komil and all the staff was very helpful and kind. Great place to stay. Thank you for having us.
