Breakfast wasn’t great and the cleaning staff only came late in the afternoon which was a bit unpractical

It’s perfectly situated, simple and clean. For the price I could not have asked for a better place.

Well, it's not really not like but more things that bothered me a bit: You present yourself as a hotel with a pool and a breakfast but it's more like a pea size pool and definitely not a breakfast. Barely continental. So if I pay for a hotel with 2 benefits which I don't use - what do I pay for? It seems like a few little changes can make a huge difference so here is my humble opinion: ,Let's start with the breakfast: you have mini croissants muffins, jelly and some cereal. If you change one of the items for plane bagels and cream cheese, it would make a big difference and cost you the same. Add hard boiled eggs and now you can call it a breakfast worth paying for. When you start a day full of walking and site touring, you want something substantial in your stomach, not only sugar. If you have a small pool, by adding a few water jets you'll have a Jacuzzi. People would want to stay more in the hotel and enjoy more. I almost never saw people around the pool area and that's too bad. I don't like the feeling like the management know that people will pay no matter what because it's the best location, therefore they can cut corners. With simple adjustments you can make the experience not only ok but wonderful.

The room was huge for a single traveler, the staff were great, location almost ideal. Don't come with luxury expectations, it's an old hotel with old facilities but it's cozy and nice, kinda reminds of the 80's vacation villages in a good nostalgic way. The surrounding is very noisy, as in all of the Waikiki area, but that's not the hotel's fault. Crew is great, almost apologizing for not being able to get you better terms as if they know this hotel needs some improvement. But they are the best thing about this hotel no doubt about it.

The pool was very tiny, it looks bigger in photos but can barely fit 2 people.

Loved how close everything was! It was easy walking to the beach and taking lovely strolls!

The chairs on the balcony: the beachchair's seat strips were broken, and some of the strips were close to breaking. So laying down in the sun on that chair was not working out, even though the sun was on the balcony most of the time. The breakfast was a minimum without any dairy subsitutes (a few of the options they had were muffins/butter croissants/ milk for cereal) so I had to go to the 7eleven to grab some overpriced breakfast each morning.

We originally had a different room, which was one of the standard rooms. Very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and the air con was great! But after noticing ants, they quickly responded with coming out with some spray. But it was late in the afternoon and we did not want to leave our room at that point, so after another call they changed us to an other room. We got a top floor room with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and there was a luggage storage for the last day so we could enjoy the day before going to the airport.

The surrounding buildings on the street. They are rundown with questionable characters that hangout in these buildings.

The hotel is old and very dated , but ok in a retro way. The kitchen fit out could be improved a bit, no kettle in the room so had to microwave water for tea. Stove top super slow. Breakfast basic but filled the gap. Maybe yogurt tubs could be added?

Central location. Comfortable bed. An upgrade to a bigger spacious room with kitchenette, nice staff. Loved the toilet, like Japan with all the bells and whistles!

We liked the staff, our large room, and their great location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even if we arrived earlier than the checking time, they found a free upgrade room for us to check in.

the Continental Breakfast needs updating. Last year, its already less, thisbyear they took out other food options. Please re consider of revamping the menus and options .

location is near the beach and malls. I like the friendliness of the staff specially Aaliyah and Timothy. Also the housekeepers are very friendly.

Breakfast could possibly be a little better, maybe include some condiments and toast. At times it was very noisy mainly due to the car park next door.

The bed was comfortable and there was a big roomy shower also a full sized refrigerator, cook top and microwave. The room also had a balcony. A free continental breakfast was available. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops.

It was neighbors to a few loud nightclubs that were open until 3am.

The breakfast was very limited, sadly. Breakfast cereal, croissants/bread and fruit. Wished to have seen fresh fruit instead of cups of jelly/ processed fruit.

The location was very convenient and it was just a few minutes of a walk to the beach. We had a late check in due to flying in late, but that was no problem at all. The staff was very helpful, kind and kindly gave us an room upgrade as well The staff informed us of bus rides, activities and gave us some maps and discount vouchers upon arrival as well. :)
