I had prepaid ahead of time, so when i checked in they were supposed to take a 100.00 security deposit, the next day i checked my account and they had charged me the full amount. Now i have to wait for them to reemburse the money back into my account.

Someone hit my car in the parking lot and there were no cameras nor did the hotel follow up after they said they would

We liked everything about it. No complaints at all.

Staff are all SUPER NICE, eager to help, and personable. This is our third time at this property in the last year. Location, fantastic. Cleanliness is excellent. And quiet hours are enforced, which we really appreciate. LOCATION is perfect. Airport close, and all Disney even closer, about 15 minutes or less. We look forward to staying here again. GREAT VALUE.

Everything, specially the customer service. Joe is a very cool guy. I had an issue with the room's keys(not opening the door). After 11 pm Joe was still there and sorted it out quikly. If I go back will stay there again.

there was one small cockroach in the living room.

I like that there was a full stove, full refrigerator, sofa bed, floor was tile, big glass window and door. It was clean. And it had cook utensils. It was very comfortable. The space was very good for all of us. We were 2 adults, a kid, and a service dog.

The bathroom in the main bedroom.

No breakfast. The location was great. The property needs some upgrades to meet the Wyndham standards.would like to have some activities for adults.

I was not told by booking.com, nor the property that I had a certain amount of days I was allowed to stay. I didn’t learn this fact until 9:30 in the morning when I called the front desk at the vet to tell them I extended my stay, and I was told I needed to check out.

Could use some sprucing up, but it was perfectly fine.

I don't understand the bad reviews. We're not the easiest people to please, and this place was REALLY worth the money. We got a 2 bdrm, 3 BATHROOM suite with a full kitchen and a balcony, for less than a tiny hotel room. Could it use a face-lift, sure. But it was very clean and the employees could NOT have been more kind.

The lobby close at 10pm. The shower tiles were dirties and the parking area is isolated by night

Our room wasn't ready at check in, but they did allow us a later check out. We had to wait an hour for them to finish cleaning the room.

The sofa could have been a little more comfortable it could use some better sofa cousin.

We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning with coffee watching the wildlife play and in the evening after a long day of activities relaxing with a drink sitting out there enjoying the wonderful weather. Everyone we had contact with was polite and friendly. Nice accommodation and very clean. Great value and close to parks.

The decor was very dated and dull. The huge bath took up so much room which left the toilet so small you could hardly move . There was a lot of black mould in the toilet

towels and linen can only be switched 1 time on a 6 or more day stay, but they did provide laundry detergent to wash towels.

I like that the laundry room was included with price. the staff was nice and the game room was entertaining for the family.

The building staff must have sprayed for insects before our arrival, there were a few dead critters throughout the unit. It's Florida, you have to look beyond the dead insects.

Nice swimming pool and clean grounds to wander around. Very close to restaurants and other Orlando venues.
