The building is old and the lock on the door often didn't work well, but these are minor things.

Good location, free parking, lots of space in the apartment and there is a balcony.

The mattress was hard as a rock, but I managed :-). The pool wasn't open but I didn't care about being two blocks from the beach, they fully renovated it but were waiting for the city permits to open it.

Very organized system they have for check-in. Very helpful, friendly staff. The location is great, like two blocks from the beach and close to markets, restaurants, etc. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Well-equipped kitchen, fast wifi, lots of light. Freshly painted.

The name of the apartment's isn't on the building or property. Was a little difficult finding it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed including cookware, very nice location. 5 minute walk to the beach and a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

First, the hallways and walkways need new paint. Very scary and dark hallways. The elevator smells of urine and is also too dark and stuffy. In room 224 behind the bathroom walls one can hear a colony of rat squealing-behind the toilet, shower wall and by the left side wall of the counter. I had to clean the air conditioner filter because it caused my allergies to flair up. The bed pillows were sprayed with a fragrance which also caused me to cough so much I had to remove the top pillowcase in order to be able to sleep. When I went to the walk-in closet to fetch another set of pillowcases I could not use them because those pillowcases smelled like sweat, as if someone else just used them. They were old sheets not properly washed.

Close to beach and in a nice area. Building tenants were quiet evening hours. Nice selection of restaurants,shops, and food stores nearby. Parking was convenient.I appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs, the pots and pans, utensils, plates and cups.The bed was very comfortable and firm.

noise from neighbors, windows does not close in some apartments, the bed sheets are mostly synthetic, and not feel great, beds are ok.

The shower head wasn't great, but the hosts have vowed to change it, so hopefully it won't be an issue for anyone else.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything -- from CVS to Marshall's to ethnic and fast food restaurants.

The only issue was the small balcony that was very dirty but we had no access to it. The door was actually broken and it kept making noises when it got windy. Another thing was the traffic but expect it in Miami, it's a vibrant city and you got to pay attention to where you are allowed to park or pay for the parking, not a lot of spaces.

the apartment was good overall. Not super clean but it was okay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had basic needs to get by, not too many tools to cook. The instructions received on how to reach the location, the password for the door, and the free parking was very clear and received by email. we got WIFI access and there was a tv, towels and bathroom amenities. overall everything stated was available. the room was spacious and close to a lot of shops and to the beach. the location was great, although far from the center but it depends on each person's preference. We wanted a quiet/private area and we got it.

The floor was not as clean as it could have been. Every time you walked on the floor you could hear and feel sand. The apt was a little outdated.

The air conitioner was too cold and from what I remeber I was not allowed to change it. The exterior of the building is in poor shape but the apartment was very up to date and modern.

Toilet was not working properly. Window lock was broken For the first time ever I must complain about the mattress (terrible uncomfortable, my husband never slept on the bed) not fan in the bathroom something must needed in it.. And the sofa bed (too small) also no cable TV..

On the arrival nobody was there we must call to find out which one was the apartment building because the address was confused and the building's name was not specified .

Stairs and corridors need a good power wash. Would prefer coin laundry instead of credit card. Windows and bathtub need replacement. Cod bed was described as the room having a single bed. Pool was not in operation yet, but I knew that upon registration.

Great location. Unit was spacious. Unit was clean. Inquiries addressed immediately. Free parking with Guest parking available as I had visitors for the day. Balcony was pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee.

The place was well above expectations.

Don't let the older building deter you. The apartment itself was cosy, practical and bright. It had everything that was needed including a proper kitchen, extra bedding and A/C. The street is quiet and the parking is convenient. There was a balcony that captured the evening sun. It's a short walk to the beach, park, supermarkets and shops. It ended up being my favourite stay in Florida.
