Great value, comfortable beds, clean, basic continental breakfast. Fine base for exploring Zion, especially the Kolob Canyons and Kolob Plateau areas of the park.

The people above me walked on the wood floor with boots or shoes on every night and it was very annoying. Traffic noise was also bothersome but not much you can do about that.

Liked the bed, it was comfortable.

We were disappointed that the pool/hot tub were at the front of the motel, on the busy street!

The front desk attendant was happy and a pleasure to deal with

The bathroom was clean and functional, but old.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. It wasn't luxurious, but that is not what I was looking for, and it was affordable in a relatively expensive area.

The air conditioning is a bit noisy. The shower head was not working well at the beginning, I placed a complaint to the front desk and they sent a technician to replace the parts and it functioned well.

The bed was comfortable. It worth the money you stayed at Hurricane for Zion National Park vs you stayed at Springdale.

Found some long, black hairs around the bath tub and sink - yuk!

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. They have some nice little picnic areas around in the back parking lot. Room was 'serviceable' and met our needs.

Found a cobweb above the window kind of gross. You could tell bathroom needed new paint and bathtub faucet had a gap between wall the faucet it’s self. It still worked that’s what matters.

Breakfast was awesome had lots of verity. Traveling with 3 kids it was nice to have different choices making everyone happy.

    - We did not eat the complimentary breakfast due to our own dietary choices (keto, intermittent fasting) - We did not use the small pool or hot tub (it was just too hot outside)

    - Even during the hottest days on record the A/C unit was able to keep the room cool! - The mattress was comfortable - The sheets were clean - The room was clean - The side chair was comfortable - Convenient, QUIET location
