Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe were initially given our suite which neighboured the elevator,unfortunately the noise of the elevator going up and down was quite bothersome.We complained and were given a quieter suite. It’s unfortunate as I’m sure others may have experienced the same problem. Having to move rooms was an annoying and time consuming.

United StatesHonestly nothing. Ok, I wish they sold the diffuser that has the “scent” of the hotel at the gift shop instead of only online. It smelled so good, I found myself pausing to deeply inhale while walking through the lobby.
We were upgraded to the club lounge and it made the stay. The club room was fabulous with almost too many good choices for food and drink. We also visited the spa. It was a first for my husband and he was impressed, but I think it says more that I have been to MANY spas and this was truly the best. Like if I won the lottery, I would fly there just for the spa. Our room was bigger than our first apartment with an enormous bathroom. Even though our view was mostly of the resort, it was still a beautiful scene and we had a wedge of ocean to watch from our lanai. I also took advantage of the complimentary yoga classes and the well maintained walking paths. I only wish we had stayed longer!

United StatesThe only thing that was not a hit was the check in process. It was in the afternoon and not particularly busy. We noticed one couple that received a warm lei greeting. When we were completing the check in process the staff member welcomed us and stated they had ran out of lei's and had one can on a pineapple orange drink that he handed us........a little disappointing at this level.
The room was very nice. Balcony with Ocean view was exceptional. Staff was nice and the Club lounge was the best I have experienced. Overall a very positive stay

FranceIn view of the category of the hotel and the price paid, we have been disappointed by: - room not cleaned properly (lid and splashes of previous guests between bed and bedside table), - pay for a deckchair (150 USD per day) for lounging by the pool or beach. - price of an excessive breakfast compared to the quality and variety of the dishes offered.
Great location, nice welcome when checking in but after the service was not as expected all the more for such hotel's category. Nothing to do with French Ritz Carlton!
