You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaDirty, sketchy, pool was closed, carpets were stained, desk staff was rude, i asked for a fork and they told me to go get one from the breakfast room so i went there and there was no forks, i had to search thru cabinets myself to find one, the hallways stunk and the room stunk and my key card kept repeatedly not working

We had wires hanging out of our door lock and the receptionist was not overly friendly, seemed like I was bothering her. The whole hotel had a disgusting odor. There were also holes in the linens.

United States of AmericaBedspread was dirty. I always pull these back so not to soil them or even use them. Carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. Fridge did not appear to have been wiped off in a while. There was a wall plate that needed to be secured to the wall. Just need to pay a little more attention to detail when cleaning.
Close to airport. Staff very nice and friendly. Lobby appeared clean. Sheets and towels appeared clean.

Front desk people were never visible when I would come and go to make inquiry. Stayed 5 nights. Also, bed sheets were terribly rough.

CanadaHotel seemed like it could use a good cleaning. The pool wasn't working and was being used for a storage room. The décor was very dated. Maybe this is all due to COVID but for the cost of the room and the American exchange rate it was definitely a challenge to pay what I did.

CanadaThe pool was closed. The only reason why we booked here was the pool. My children were disappointed because that was the reason for stay. It was not properly cleaned. The floor didn’t look vacuumed. We found an empty drink bottle on floor. The shower was inadequate. It misted everywhere mainly not on you. I don’t have that high of expectations but this was poor. Staff were also not the most friendly. Not rude but not overly welcoming.
