Breakfast options are very inconsistent, sometimes there are yogurts. sometimes there is no yogurts. It would have been great to have more than just small apples as fruits and maybe oatmeal at an option too.

Good place to stop during the road trip. It is very well located near a highway and stores. Rooms are big and quiet.

Rooms and hallways could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast was provided, but the juice was very watered down. No dietary restriction options available (gluten free, dairy free, etc), so I was unable to eat, which was frustrating when it's a part of the overall cost.

Staff was very pleasant- made sure I was in a room I felt comfortable in as a solo traveler. Had carts available to bring items in and out. Easy to access from highway.

The parking lot is too small. The lot quickly gets full. The hotel has the typical musty cigarette smell to it. One of the staff members who was “in training” made me pay $10 in cash to check in one hour early. This was not listed on the reservation ahead of time. I didn’t get a good feeling from her so I returned to the reception and her colleague helped me and told me the original woman was “in training” and that there was no policy to pay $10 cash. The second woman was very helpful and refunded my money. Don’t pay cash.

Great location if you’re visiting the Finger Lakes or have an event in Bath, NY. Location is the primary benefit, perhaps the cleanliness of the room too.

The juice machine in the breakfast area was broken and the channel selection for the TV was pretty skimpy.

I really liked the management; they were very friendly and helpful. The manager was especially helpful in providing a secure location for me to park my motorcycle.

Could use renovation touch up, walls are scratched, coffee maker is not really what you’re looking for, strong smoke odor on everything (even though it was a non-smoking room) , it was breakfast included, however, the junkies took it all early in the morning before everybody, and they never stocked anything. It is a 3 floor building but you have to manage to carry your stuff through the stairs.

Comfortable beds, parking, air conditioning, nice bathroom.

For a motel it wasn't too bad. The value was really good and we stayed only for one night.

TV didn’t work when telling management they said it will be fixed but wasn’t even at check out. To be fair this could of been due to their tv program provider and check in for us was a bit late so contact from management might have been canceled due to late hours, but the radio silence from front desk was disappointing.

Bed is comfy and the location was great in route to Niagra Falls. Staff and management are friendly and helpful for most things.

Somewhat dirty outside. Minimal breakfast. Upon checking in manager told me that they were overbooked and were sending me to Quality Inn across the street. When he learned that QI doesn’t allow dogs somehow they weren’t overbooked anymore…

Clean room with everything in working order. Separate part of hotel for non smoking rooms. Friendly staff. Grassy areas for dogs

Asked for handicapped and our room wasn't set up for handicap. I couldn't shower because I couldn't get in the tub.
