Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the shower heads. Both bathrooms in our suite, the shower heads just trickled out water. Didn’t make for a great shower. A handheld shower head would also be nice.

Has great amenities. Indoor & outdoor pool, game room, gym. Rooms were spacious and a great value for what you get.

Loved the Jacuzzi tub in our bedroom and the very large porch overlooking the pool.Also appreciated having two bathrooms and a spacious and functional kitchen. Can't wait to return!

It didn’t have a blender or at least it wasn’t in any of the drawers I look into.

I like that the property had the indoor pool and outdoor pool. I like that it had the steam pool and the location is close to loon mountain. It had the necessities for a kitchen.

The staff. Every time we walked through the lobby I felt like a piece of meat in a lions den for a time share sale. All set with that vibe. Trying to check in they have you get the parking pass from the sales people. Although a great sales tactic, we’re trying to check in with two kids who have been in a car for 3 hrs. Read the crowd people. You lost any hope of a sale at the moment.

Didn't realize it was a facility that promoted time shares. We were pleasantly surprised no one was persistent in pushing sales on us.

Unfortunately, we did not realize this was a family focused resort. Pool and jacuzzi are nice, but loud kids running around ruin the ambiance. I suggest limiting the hours of the pool for so that adults can also enjoy some peace and quiet.

Rooms are very large and comfortable. Very close to Loon mountain and rental shops. Great place to stay for a ski trip.

We could hear the people above us walking around all night long. It was really noisy, but they weren't being loud and rambunctious at all. Just normal movement only in the middle of the night. Thin ceilings I guess.

We loved everything about this place and we would love to go back sometime. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The game room was awesome. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was incredible. The value is just unbelievable. Very comfortable and fun! The only issue I have is that no one told us ahead of time that the indoor pool would be closed for repair. My kids had been looking forward to it. If the room didn't have a Jacuzzi they could "swim" in, it would have been incredibly disappointing and they would have been bored.

# rooms in a row together and less noise after 10:00.

Our stay was very nice. We only encountered a couple of problems with noise above one of our rooms after 10;00 and noise below one of our rooms after 10:00. But other than that our family enjoyed our 2 day stay. We requested rooms close together, we had 2 rooms. They were not able to give us 3 adjoining rooms but they did have us all on the same floor. We were close to many locations that we wanted to visit. I would definitely like to book 3 rooms in this hotel next year but would hope for them to all be in a row, as we have small grandchildren that we help out with. All and all it was a nice expereience!

Be warned that they will send you to a timeshare representative to receive your parking pass. He was a little high pressure but a firm no thank you a few times and he then gave me the parking pass. This was the only negative about this place.

This was a very spacious condo that was fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything was very clean. This is within walking distance to a brewery and shopping.

Nice flat screen TV's but veritably no channels from which to choose. I mean there were 20 or so channels out of what is customarily several times as many, but I was not going to watch the Spanish channels or the 700 club. Very weird ?fake? fireplace. Nothing but fake, colored logs with red tape that would reflect the light from the ceiling fixture to pretend to flicker. Also didn't like that the elevator was out due to a 6-week remodeling and there were no employees to assist getting luggage down the 15 steps from the lobby to the level 1 rooms. Nor did the front desk employee indicate to me that there was another entrance that would reduce the steps to just 4 or 5 even when he watched me roll the luggage cart out the lobby door and then right back past the front desk coming in fully loaded. He joked about it, and I joked back that I would simply roll it down the stairs. He may have grown a brain if I actually did roll it down the stairs, but there was no guarantee of that either.

The first place that we stayed in Lincoln, 35 years ago, was what is now the South Mountain Resort. Back then I believe it was called the Mill House Inn. The improvements made to it over the past few decades are wonderful. The room was very accommodating and up to date with modern amenities, kitchen, patio seating with atrium doors in the living room and bedroom.
