Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSlow staff - I waited more than 15 minutes until I got help. There were 3 clients ahead of me. It’s around 4 PM and yet the rooms were not available. Each time client is being helped the lady who was assisting us kept on calling someone to find out which room was ready. What’s the point of completing the pre check in online, if we still have to wait that long. If not for the long wait, I would not be late in the event I went. Lights in between the bed were not working, I had to figure out. I found out that the extension cords were not connected to the wall (first time I checked in the hotel with extension cords inside the room). I called the receptionist and asked where to plug the cord. The receptionist said it’s behind the bed towards the sliding door. The space between the bed & sliding door is so small, I had to squeeze myself to fit my legs to find the outlet or to open the sliding door. The room should only fit two single bed or one double or king size bed to be comfortable.

CanadaHotel is old but I bet it was something when it was new! Our fridge and microwave were from the dawn of time (old). Hotel shows it's age. Window locks broken, so they've installed bars in the bottom sill. Electric outlets bit sketchy but work.
Room was large, clean and comfortable. Checked in late so had very little interaction with the staff. Courtyard is a nice quiet place to hangout. We really loved the look of the place (outside architecture)
