We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property was clean (if a bit dated), and the courtyard was delightful. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

location is in a nice quiet area, close to good shopping mall (with good restaurants). breakfast is not a counter with plastic plate and bad food, but ordered by menu cart and fresh prepaired. internet connection is good and for free.

United States of AmericaI would have enjoyed a few more amenities, i.e. a spa, hot tub and ways to cool/heat food in the room. Those things aside; we would definitely stay here again. Our next visit will see us bringing a cooler full of snacks & drinks with us. ;)
Our room was nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The service in the restaurant; while limited, was attentive and very pleasant. All of the staff throughout the property were kind and helpful. The amenities that were available, were lovely and appreciated. The hotel graciously offered a late check-out, which made having to be there until 4:30 pm much more comfortable than it could have been.

United States of AmericaEverything. The tower where my reservation was, is not clean. Mind you I got there at 10:30 pm. I was “upgraded” to executive room… nothing was in there. Example: 2 keurig coffee pod and that was it. Second day you had to go down to the reception to get more. No breakfast, no cleaning the room daily. No microwave in room. To finish it up there was a big bug in the bathroom.

United States of AmericaThe restaurant was understaffed. We waited 15 minutes to get seated. There was one server and a drink server. There were tables available but the server had to seat guests serve and bus tables. We then waited 20 minutes to get coffee. Once our order was taken 20 minutes after the coffee our breakfast came out at a reasonable time. Horrible experience!

United States of AmericaI had nightmares All night..After finding Spider eggs/webs all under desk. They had a housekeeper come vacuum which she said she did, barely got 1 web!! Nasty! I had to grab them all with a napkin and throw it all outside! This All happened as I brought food in to eat due to restaurant being closed. My handicap mother came to visit and there's also not a handicap button on front doors on the Only entrance\exit. After midnight there were a few males in hallway yelling at each other slammed doors. Then again at 2:30 a.m! I didn't sleep well at all.
Front desk gave us breakfast comp coupons/ after they told me it could have been included in stay if I would have called and book room with them, Not booking.com😌 A night away to visit my mother for 1st time in a yr due to covid didn't go well. Manager should have gave me a Full Refund! Instead offered a $40 off Unbelievable. she Finally did a $76 refund! I'll be contacting corporate today!
