Firstly, the tv did not work. Secondly, the lady at the desk when we was leaving was rude, she said we couldn't leave the hotel until we signed out I don't know if that if y'all's policy but my partner and I had a lot of items with us we was struggling because we had so much stuff. I couldn't go put it in the car and come back.

I really liked the customer service whenever we first arrived. It was really nice and they was helpful. I really liked the hot chocolate that was available.

1. I didn't like the fact that the two restrooms were in the small breakfast room. I think the reception hallway area would be way more appealing and sanitary. 2. The noise from freeway. If I was told by the pleasant night reception guy, I would have requested a poolside room to not have heard the freeway all night to morning. However, the awesome , super friendly receptionist lady at our 8am breakfast/ departure checking out kindly advised me to make sure I request poolside next time. I most likely will book again here for my stop over one night because of the comfortable beds and clean room and super friendly reception lady in the morning. 3. I didn't like the hallways. Dark and uninviting but the mattresses on the beds made up for it!

The remote in our room didn't work so the TV was stuck on one channel all night.

The front desk staff was very nice and informational. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near a few different restaurant options which was nice!

Very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the place is family friendly. Also the breakfast has a good variety, and super good! Lobby is beautiful, and pool area was lovely. Would definitely come back and would definitely refer friends and family!

The hotel upon enter seems so clean and seems fresh. However, the actual rooms must’ve had a leak because there is mold on the ceiling and the smell of musty, wet carpet was awful.

Our room had a bad smell to it, I believe it was the carpet as it still felt damp on our feet. I went to the local store and bought an air freshener to deal with it. The breakfast was not hot at all except for the waffles. When we told the person who was filling the food nothing was corrected. I have been in food service for 30 years and was very disappointed.

The hotel was easy to get to. The rooms were a good size. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and soft. The pillows were excellent. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful.

The room stunk so bad we got an air freshener from Wal mart. The room was filthy. The rug was so dirty your feet got dirty. The breakfast was cold. They never heated the sausage grave before putting it in the crock pot. Someone will get sick eating it that way. We tried to use the pool but it was full of people that didn’t even stay there. We watched them all pile in their cars and leave after they got out.

Noise and shaking as interstate was outside window. There was pot odor ..loud and pets. The a/c ran warm and when I called the front desk there was no help. The employees were unhelpful, uninterested, and unprofessional. It was dirty, old, but the worst was a cold breakfast - all breakfast. They tryed to say it was only the gravy because they have broken crockpot but - all of it was cold. They just dont listen! I explained the issues and there were so many excuses, but never an apology. I need a good night's sleep - but it's not happening there!

The whole experience!!

Hotel was not what I am use to staying at, but was about to run out of Gas from being lost, and putting us further from our destination, in the middle of the morning. After getting gas, I google the closest hotel near me and went there. Got there at 2 am, went to my room went to bed and was gone by 9 or 930. 2 days later my card was charged for smoking in the room. Never smoked in that room not once, was too tired and did not want to drive 3 hours home. Was sent to corporate to speak to someone that could not help me. This hotel scams and lie to take your money . Other family that we were was charged as well, but more.I will never stay there again or any Choice hotel. Times is to hard to have your money stolen and to have false accusations , put on you that you didn’t even do. Hotel chairs are really dirty, room already had a smell, walls are pealing, and sheets had spots on them and dingy!! I am a professional, and wanted to enjoy ourselves at a festival on Saturday, and ended my weekend very disappointed.

This place has a staff full of scammers and liars Not to be trusted

NOTHING - - - Was charged an additional $150 for smoking and I don't even smoke my friend was charged an additional $50 and she doesn't smoke either! Hotel workers are scammers, customer service was POOR and I will never stay at a Choice Hotel / Sleep Inn again and will share with everyone I know.
