It's becoming more difficult to stay affordably.

The shade, plants, trees, flowers and grounds overall are particularly inviting. The people are friendly, courteous and helpful.

The air conditioner needs to be updated. We had to have Mike come to our room because it wasn’t cooling the room.

The property is very well kept. The views are amazing. Also, every staff member we encountered was extremely nice.

The room was right next to an area for people to take their dogs out. Though no one used the area while we were there. The flip side was that our room was an end unit far from the road and seemed quieter, which was great because we had requested a quiet location.

The room was very pleasant, with private patio overlooking the garden. We were on the ground floor but didn't hear any noise from above. The beds were comfy. The bath products and coffees were good. You could walk from this hotel to a wonderful viewpoint just down the road, avoiding a potential parking fee. There was also a nice short hiking spot to another view, just a half mile down the road further from the first, though parking very limited there. The restaurant close to the hotel was also great.

It’s a quaint place tucked away from downtown area but easily accessible by car. My room was immaculate and made me feel comfortable

Wonderful option in Sedona. New and spacious rooms, very clean, with kitchen utensils. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, like a botanical garden with many plants and information about them. The location offers an unbeatable view from the heights of Sedona. Free coffee and cookies in the lobby.

Nothing, three was even a fire outside by the bar in the evenings when it got cooler.

It was wonderful! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the beds so comfortable and the towels soft. Having sundowners on the deck and watching the sunset is a must! There seemed a lot to do for the families with young children and the gardens are a marvel.

So it was easy to get everywhere we wanted. There is no food on site but we didn’t mind. Their dining suggestions were solid. One of the top five views from our room we’ve ever had.none

This property is exactly as presented in the pictures. It’s up on a high bluff looking at the most beautiful rock formations in the area with Sedona in the valley below you. Absolutely stunning sunrises and sunsets. The room itself was comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Sedona is a small town So it was easy to get everywhere we wanted. There is no food on site but we didn’t mind. Their dining suggestions were solid. The two nights we were there were great except for the children above us stomping their feet at 6 a.m. The floors provide no sound barrier. I would highly suggest putting families with children in the bottom floor. It didn’t appreciate being woke at 6 a.m. while on vacation.

Loves the facilities! It was a wonderful experience. The view was spectacular!
