Second time to Shash Dine and it didn't disappoint again! The feeling here is so peaceful and we always meet great people over breakfast! Baya and Paul are very welcoming and answer any questions. It's a quiet, stunning place to relax! and we adore our wagon wheel, always reluctant to leave!

We stayed in one of the wagons. It was comfortable and clean. I like the attention to details of the decorations inside the wagon and the amenities. It was a wonderful experience stargazing and sleeping in the wagon on the Navajo land.

    Nothing negative at all.

We stayed in one of the tents at Shash Dine' EcoRetreat, it was amazing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. All of the facilities are great, the hosts really attentive, the breakfast fantastic, and the views from the top of the hill overlooking the site breathtaking. The location is fantastic, in the middle of a wide and arid farm (the sheep do not invade, they are controlled by some lovely dogs!) It is a great base to travel by car during the day to all the amazing places around the area.

Perfect off the grid experience. Positively surprised that there were warm showers. Stunning Navajo land decor.

The only minor shortcoming may be the dry toilets. Compared to the state-of-the-art showers, they may put off some of the guests.

Feels great and oddly homey despite being in the middle of nowhere. You can feel the love and attentiveness put into this. The hosts are good people and it shows.

The location is great. It is close to attractions like Horseshoe Bend & Antelope canyons, city of Page, but at the same time you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The night sky was amazing. Full of stars. It is definitely worth spending some time outside to enjoy the beauty of nature. There is a short hike you can do to enjoy fascinating views of surroundings. We also ordered a dinner to be brought to us. It was actually pretty good & homemade, and the portions were huge, one would be enough for two :)

This is a working ranch so there are dogs that do bark at night.

Unique off grid location, beautiful nature setting with ability to take walks along a ridge with views, great dark sky area, nice hosts.

Breakfast could have been nicer. The outhouse was a bit far for night trips there, But it added to the adventure!

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Was absolutely the highlight of our stay. We were out for 10 days at a different properties, but this was by far the best.

The setting was fantastic. We had the Bell tent and it was so incredibly comfortable. The family was delightful to talk to. We learned so much about the Navajo people. Peaceful about the property that you just can’t explain.

My husband is quite tall, we wouldn’t recommend the sheep wagon for tall people, just book the other options like the tent!

What a lovely stay at your resort. We spent 1 night in the sheep wagon and it was georgious. We had a beautiful time and one of the most encredible nights in our live. We really appreciate the time with you guys. Also thank you very much for your recommendation on the next morning. We really drove to the sand beach and walked into the colorado river. <3
